The people we dealt with had extra space were very nice and professional. However after 3 months of using the unit the rate went up $100 from 186 to 286 which is a huge jump that was ultimately the reason we left. Also there was no gate operational at the unit the entire time that we had our stuff in there so that was kind of scary. There was no staff on site either. We found a place much cheaper with a gate and staff and a bathroom that was accessible at a lower price.
Had to store my entire home contents here for a year between selling and buying. Customer service was top notch when moving in and moving out—very friendly and helpful. Issues we ran into during our year-outrageous rate increases happened multiple times during our year, most of which with little warning. By the time we moved out we were paying about $200/MORE than what we signed on for. Second issue was mold. When we moved out we noticed mold on several items that cannot be fixed. Things were wrapped but the elements do get in. Hopefully the insurance we purchased will cover…
Our lock was cut off,video not available, then Karen tells us maybe we lost our key and cut our own lock off,it was a combination lock mind you. Beware my husband's back pack blower valued at about 650$ is long gone...cooperate reimbursed our last month and agreed something is definitely wrong at this location. Wondering is this the infamous Karen of uhaul??? Visit your unit often or she helps herself to your priciest belongings!! Did I mention they upped the rate without notification???Running it like her private reserve! Shameful ppl work hard and need a place to keep things.
It was so easy to get a storage unit did it over the phone. Karen was a delight to deal with so pleasant.
We rented a 10x15 unit for some months to better "stage" our home read de-clutter in preparation for a sale and move. All the staff with whom I interacted were super friendly and professional, and the grounds and units were always clean. Nothing fancy but reasonably priced and good value! Special kudos to Karen!
We have been members at this storage facility for some time now. It’s convenient, reasonably priced, and well maintained facility makes it a great option locally for those who need some extra space! Also helps that the manager who runs the facility is amazing and will go out of her way to help you with whatever you need or even recommended an awesome tv show ! Can’t say enough good things about her!
I don't know what happened to my review on Yelp but I don't see it so here I go again. I just want to give a shout out to Kim! She was above and beyond with her c.s. and help. I called in March looking for a spot to park our 5th wheel for the summer season. Nothing was available at the time but Kim took my name and said if anything opened up she would call. Well, about 3 weeks later I got a phone call from Kim saying a space had opened! First I was very surprised I actually got a call back and then 2nd that there was a spot open! I had some concerns if the spot would be big enough for our camper and if there was turn around room. As we aren't in the area to check it out, Kim walked the lot and assured me there were other RV's out there and would be plenty of space. Kim has a great personality and is an asset to this business. I so appreciate her follow through and the extra steps she took to assure me about the spot. Thank you!
My father and I both have had a unit here for 3+ years now. Never had any issues, love the location. Karen, the manager, super nice and helpful, gets back to you right away! Great prices
My experience is definitely positive. There were a few bumps along the way with a faulty door but the situation was resolved swiftly and professionally. Many thanks to two great ladies Karen and Kimberly.
I was in-between places and very stressed out, I was extra nervous about storing my stuff in a place that wasn't family. The employee working there made me feel much better about the safety of my things. The process of getting a unit was quick and painless in itself. Already recommended yal to my uncle!
