The process was rather streamlined though starting off with a non local call center. The individual who helped me, Cody, was very knowledgeable and helpful. He showed me the unit and discussed options with me and helped me choose what was best for me. I was in a hurry, he noticed that and accommodated tremendously. I am only knocking off a star because the price was more than expected due to a required insurance that is not a requirement at every location so the phone operator had no way to know I would be charged that.
Charles has outstanding customer service!! Very knowledgeable and takes his time with you. Explained and showed me three different units. The facility is clean. I was so impressed with the service and facility that I rented 3 units. Great job Charles!!!!
Had a great experience with Rosenberg Extra Space Storage. Really appreciate the help Cody gave me when looking to down size units. Nice and clean space to keep my extra items.
Very helpful staff. Ants along the fences were a problem, so I took away a star.
Kody is defending your go to guy he’s an amazing rep. Never have any issues there or with him and he’s there anytime you need him defiantly the best place to consider a home for the things you need to store.
The ppl you had and have, were great Cody, Josh and now Javier have been great and I thank them for keeping the place clean thanks again great job

They take full payment on 28th August and I took my stuff from the storage at September 2nd and they didn’t give my any money back also next month 28th September they took another payment. Irresponsible worker didn’t even make any changes for storage and they keep charging money and I call them still didn’t see any money return back to my account! So basically they charged me 2 months for nothing !!
Man I swear I’ve never met such an amazing down to earth person at any storage unit before in my life Cody was awesome and informative at the same time overall would definitely recommend this joint
Easy to book online and easy to end when finished. No issues with billing, and they do daily checks to make sure doors are secure. Good customer service.
