Ruth & Luis were a bunch of help! My first time renting out a unit and they made the process easy and smooth, couldn’t be more satisfied with their overall customer service.

Ruth was helpful, unfortunately the location and organization is unreliable. Security is none existing. Purchased the unit 2 months ago and mine along with multiple other units were broken into overnight. I don't not recommend

I have had my items stored here for years period II have never had any type of break-ins or pest issues while in Ectra space. The staff is great and answers my questions every time

Great staff, friendly. Easy parking. We were shown how to use the entey gate and navigate the facility. Lift gate makes loading/unloading a breeze!

The customer service was absolutely amazing! Ruth in National City had all the knowledge and was able to assist me right there! Thanks again!
