Stephanie at Extra Space Storage is the best! She has made my experience here quite pleasant. She is friendly and helpful, taking the time to explain the pricing and options available. I recently upgraded from a small unit to a medium unit, and the transfer was quick and painless.

Shelia was extremely helpful and took her time to show me different options that were available and explained everything to me calmly, and very friendly. She was really patient with me answering all the questions and concerns I had. I felt really comfortable and at peace renting my storage from there. I recommend going to her for all your needs.

Kenny was super helpful, great customer service. It was my first time renting a storage and he made the process super smooth and quick and gave me all the information I needed!

Kenny was helpful in showing us around so we can get an actual feel of what the storage space was like and how much space we need so we were not guessing. He showed us how everything works inside the facility answering any questions we had and going above and beyond.

Amanda was very helpful and friendly. This was my first storage experience. Everything was explained to me very clearly. She was patient with my questions and walked the property and showed me storage areas. She even went to the gate and had me punch in my customized entry code to make sure things went smoothly. I definitely recommend this place! Seems very secure even the staircases have their own code, and the staff are very organized and also caring.

Doesn't even deserve 1 star!  Extra Space Storage 850 S Mt Vernon Ave, Colton, CA, 92324.  This is a DISHONEST COMPANY.  On July 26th, I called to pay my storage unit and I was told that my unit was sold through an auction on July 25th when it was supposed to be on the 27th.  They lied, Never even called, Gave warnings or send out letters.  They have destroyed my family's life in that storage unit. Everything from pictures to personal private Information...  I'm just speechless and disappointed.  Even my unit was broken into last year and didn't even get the right compensation for it!
