Kathryn the Site Manager was so helpful and friendly. She was knowledgeable and was very willing to assist me. Extra Space Storage in Dunmore pa is wonderful.

March 2023 I needed a space fast and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. They really took care of me here. Everything as stated and then some. And super nice service. Highly recommend.  EDIT: AUGUST 11 2023 I should have know something fishy was up the way they were badgering me for a review SECONDS after getting the space. I WAS feeling very good about the space and the company, they DID take good care of me fast. But then 3 short months after the start of the rental, I got a notice that my rent was being DOUBLED in the next billing. DOUBLED. I called to find out what was going on. They claimed i had a "promotional rate." But it doesn't say that anywhere. In the lease it says "IF this is a promotional rate....." Naturally I didn't inquire. I should have. That's on me. When I called I expected to try and talk about getting a more fair increase. But there was absolutely no discussion. So, I told them I am leaving. I don't want to do business with a place that would operate like that, in a sneaky way-- get them in with a hidden promo rate and then increase it almost immediately to DOUBLE the rate. Slimy.

The ExtraSpace facility in Dunmore Scranton PA is wonderful. The staff is incredibly helpful, professional, friendly, and quick. Devin was especially helpful in helping me find the right solution. The facility is easy, clean, and professionally operated. 5 stars.

I had a great experience, staff was friendly and supportive. The extra storage location was safe and secure and the location allowed for a quick load and drop off. Very satisfied with my experience and I will recommend it to friends!
