Very easy and affordable! When I had trouble getting into the gate, the staff was super helpful and kind. The storage units for the size and accommodations are the best price I’ve found!
Kai was fantastic with customer service and care. Honest and thorough with her explanation of the entire process. Great representation of the facility as a whole.
Amazing help! Efficient, knowledgeable girl who takes the time to make sure that you fully understand everything. She was even offering to walk a quarter mile to get a golf cart to to drive me like 100 ft to check out my unit!
Very pleasant staff. My only complaint is that my door hatch is a little rusty and bent which makes it hard to insert my lock and slide open. Other than that I am happy with my storage choice.
The customer service representative was very accommodating and very pleasant to talk to. The only negative feedback is your storage units are pretty old and grungy with having a frayed rope to lift the unit door with.
The manager Kai was incredibly polite and knowledgeable. Great experience. I would highly recommend.
I was told after 8 years via a text, "Bad news, im moving to Norway, you have to move in a month. I went back to Extra Storage as I used them before. Got a 5x5. A week later I realized I needed a 5x10, they didn't have any so, I called the other ES in Enfield CT. I spoke to Ben who did whatever he could do to help me. He called the manager and district manager and I got a 5x10 on Manning St. The manager at South St. and Ben went far beyond what I expected. They were incredibly nice and really helped me out of a tough situation. I would give them both a raise. Fred Pedemonti

Kai is great. She is always smiling and very helpful.
I went in today to get a quote and see if they had a big enough space for me. Kia was very polite and professional. She showed us a few options and we ended up getting a storage unit that was big enough and she made it very quick and easy. I recommend extra space storage completely. Good price and polite staff.
