This is such a great storage and service is amazing.  Really have enjoyed our rental experience.  The manager Adam is a pure customer service guru.   These guys really deserve Labor day break.

I had to go into the Warminster location and I had the pleasure of working with Tom. Tom helped me set up an auto pay situation. It was a little complicated due to my situation but he walked me through it and helped me out! He was very pleasant and kind and efficient. I’m really happy with the unit I rented and the service and communication I receive from everyone at this location. Thanks Tom!

So far so good! The staff is very friendly and helped to answer all of my questions. I used the online portal to sign up for my unit because it was after hours when I was looking at storage units near me AND they had a promotion running at the time so I received a discount! It was super convenient renting through the portal and signing up from the comfort of my home. I received an email confirming everything went through and went over to the unit with some things about an hour later and found everything clean and ready to go for me. I will say the only downside so far is that unit sizes are not exact. I have a 5'x10' but it is actually 4'6"x9'6" so note that measurements are rounded up. I will leave a review again when I'm finished using the rental unit.

Justin is fantastic! A true professional through and through. He showed me the storage garage, told me the good and the potential pitfalls. I highly recommend him!

Went in to Extra Space Storage to check out self storage and met Adam the manager who was nice and polite and informative. The price for a storage unit was a lot less $ than I was expecting. During the walk through I noticed how clean the building was in and out. Mike D

I rented an RV space online, Justin quickly followed up with a phone call and invited me to stop by when convenient to complete the registration process and set me up with the access code. Would highly recommend him and Extra Space Storage.

Clean, nice property, and upkeep is good. No complaints, more so just a tip too check unit for quality before storing belongings. Staff is very helpful and friendly, and prices are good. Overall good choice for storage needs!

I’ve been running a 10 x 20 drive up unit at extra storage space since 2017. The rate has steadily increased. It is now $438. However, if I went in there today, according to their online pricing, the unit starts at $299 on sale for $218. You would think being there for six years they wouldn’t Keep raising the prices like that. I told them over a year ago if they kept raising the prices I would move out I’m moving out pay $300 in a different facility for 10 x 20 unit. No customer loyalty
