I have been renting with extra space storage in Suwanee GA for about a year! The unit is awesome, the building is always clean, neat, and at the perfect temperature. The manager Earl has been, and is nothing but amazing! He has personally helped me move stuff in and out of my unit. With out me asking for help.He is always available to answer any and all questions, and helps out in any way he can. I normally don't recommend places or people, however if your looking for a storage unit. Rent here with Earl. Not only will you have amazing customer service,and experience. Your personal property will be safe, and secure at this storage facility!

I’ve been there two years and they raise the rates significantly every year.  You’re completely stuck - either go through the hassle and expense of packing everything up and move to another facility, or pay the ransom.  After posting this review they responded and asked me to call them.  I’ve been calling for two weeks and haven’t been able to speak to anyone.  I’ve wasted hours trying to navigate their worthless call center.  THE WORST

I’ve been using extra space storage for over a year now. I recently had to get a larger unit and was helped by Chamberlain. He was very friendly and did an amazing job explaining everything to me. He was such a pleasure to meet, and had a friendly smile and positive attitude. He is a definitely an asset at the Suwanee location.

The Manager James was excellent customer, friendly and very welcoming. I haven’t met anyone nicer. The units were clean and easy access. I wouldn’t go anywhere else

Wonderful! Clean and bright. James is great!!! JJ is also so great and super helpful.

I still have items in this location from a couple years back before leaving for Poland. Air cooled interior, great monthly pricing and the security's topnotch.  Wouldn't want to store my stuff anywhere else

Makes me feel safe and the best workers there all of my stuff was safe. honestly I think everybody should start getting a storage unit there and the nicest wand best worker John Franklin he helped me lock and unlock my unit.

This is the BEST storage facility I've used before. James keeps the place spotless and is willing to help in any way. Highly recommend!

I had the best experience today with employee Chamberlain. He was very knowledgeable, informed me of all fees as well as other storage options. The best customer service ever.

I have been renting with extra space storage for a year now and it has been the BEST experience! I needed to down size my unit today and Mr. Chamberlain assisted me! He was so patient and explained everything with great detail. He even checked in with me while I living my things to make sure I was alright! By far the best customer service!!
