Do not rent storage units here. The price doubled after 4 months without notice $47 to then $94. After I explained to them I didn’t receive notice it was apparently only sent by mail so it must’ve been lost or delivered to the wrong address, either way I never got it they refused to do the right things and do a partial refund considering I was not properly notified as stated in the contract 30 days before the price increase. Throughout this process the manager Yolanda was rude, lied, wrongfully added excessive locks to my unit and was unwilling to actually help the situation or allow me to speak to anyone above her. In an email she stated “Going forward your monthly rate is going to be $79,” however she never changed it. then proceeded to charge me $94 the next four months.  They refused to stay true to their word and refund me for the extra charges going as far to threaten to charge me more money if I attempt a charge back.  Liars and cheats. Don’t do business here.  What Yolanda did is not an ethical business practice. Make the situation fair and right.

I appreciate their customer service and professionalism! The ladies here are always kind, and they do everything they can to help out or answer any questions I have. The area is clean, smells good, and well kept.

Great service. Fast and professional. Yolanda showed us everything we wanted and gave us options we didn't know we had. At the end we ended up with exactly what we needed.

Yolanda!!!!!! I could chat with her for hours...and Have!!! From her super friendly personality to her willingness to help me make the best decision on units to finding ways for me to save a couple of coins.....SHE IS THE BEST!!  I needed to get an additional unit and almost went somewhere else just to try them out. I am so glad I came back and just got my additional unit here.  I highly recommend this location for rentals.  The property is quiet, clean, and the office always smells wonderful. There a variety of unit sizes available and I have always found the prices to be amazing, especially when you can catch an online deal.  Again...Thank you, Yolanda!!

Yolanda is super helpful! The area is very well kept and clean. This is my first time using storage like this and Yolanda made the entire process so smooth and stress free :

I absolutely LOVE this facility! I spoke over the phone with Yolanda and she walked me through everything and was super friendly! Once I arrived, she was more than helpful and the process was quick and easy. I love the location of the facility also.

Yolanda at the Senate location was very amicable and welcoming.  We had a question on the climate controlled rooms and she was able to update us on our unit.  Great customer service!

Yolanda was great ! Super helpful and informative and she helped get us the best deal for what we needed ! She even Showed us options in this Texas heat and was just pleasant , professional and friendly through out the entire process .

Do not go to Extra Storage Space they change the price of your rental after you move in. They also never return calls. The manager just says she will call you back and never does. Find somewhere else to go, because the price that your quoted is not the price you get.
