Shannon was GREAT at, well, everything. Showing us different units, and working with her IT dept when one disappeared. That wasn't ESS’s or Shannon's fault...I mis-clicked. We compared with a competitor, and this location is super-clean and very secure!
My cousin rented from Shannon and she is awesome, so I want to rent at this location too. I called yesterday and spoke with a manager named Don. I am sold. He was so pleasant and I really like the security features. I have been in customer service forever so when a team stands out I have to say something. I am moving out of Storquest in two weeks and I know exactly where I am going. The first month deal is really great too. Definitely helps when you are moving and have to pay for two units for a month.
The best storage facility in the area. Manager, Shannon has been excellent in helping me find the perfect unit and went above and beyond making it easy to store. The security, cleanliness of the building, and customer service provided here contributes to my 5 star review!
If you like a great storage facility with high security this is it. Plenty of acess, carts, and air conditioning too. Thanks to all the staff for the good experience!
Great service! Shannon at the Lone Tree facility was great in assisting us, showing us the security procedures and teaching us the locking system. Did I mention it was pouring down rain, but we were able to unload undercover! Kudos on the design of this facility!

This Extra Space Storage location is wonderful to work with! Both Ryan and Shannon were incredibly kind, understanding, and communicative when my move-out was delayed. They took great care of me, as they do the clean and secure facility. I would strongly encourage you to rent storage space here!
