Talk about excellent customer service! My office location was closed for the day so calls were sent over to a different store. I had the pleasure of being taking care of by Ric. He was very friendly, helpful and informative in giving me information on my account. He explained my charges, due date and insurance in great detail. Five star service at it’s best.
I had such a wonderful experience with Steve & Rick. Rick definitely took me back in time that I never seen before literally!! He was very knowledgeable not only about the storage unit but also music of all genres. If you are looking for storage be sure to visit the Crest Hill location for great customer service and laughter the entire time.. Keep up the great work guys!!!
Excellent service, easy access, clean and modern. Very high quality facility and staff, well stockrd with supplies too.
Steve was extremely helpful when we came into the office. This was my first time ever getting a unit. He was very good energy, very informative and helpful, took the time to explain everything that was needed. Only unfortunate thing is that there is ice in front of most units. And water will drip from the roof outside of the units and potentially freeze the locks. There’s only so much that we can do against Mother Nature though. Steve did assure us that if there’s any problem we can always come talk to him and he will have a solution.
Came here for the first time and talked to Steve, super helpful and was seemingly answering questions before we would even ask them. It was like we would look at him with a question in mind, and he would already be answering it. Great experience. The storage space itself isn't bad, sometimes the water drips onto locks and you're gonna need help getting into the unit, and there is also some ice in the lot that could be dangerous for some folks. Salt is definitely applied but with one employee at the store there is only so much he can do.
Steve Bernard was amazing, very helpful. Fast and easy process. He explained everything in detail. Highly satisfied thank you so much for the help MR. Bernard .
Ric was an amazing help great costumer service and made sure we got into our unit in no time!
Steve was fantastic! I had some questions after I had a last minute cancellation by another company, he got all of them answered and helped relieve some of the stress moving causes. Thanks Steve!! RFL
I rented a storage unit online here, and when I got there with my truck, the unit was too small. I immediately ordered a bigger unit online and was immediately able to access it even though it was after business hours. I contacted Extra Space Storage, and Steve got back to me immediately, and refunded the storage space that was too small. I would highly recommend this place. Great customer service!
Very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed! Signing up was also a breeze and Steve is a pleasure. Very clean units and facility as well!
