Sarah could not have been more hospitable. I felt assured my belongings were in a safe place especially leaving the so far from home!
The company was horrible from the time I moved in. Employee was never in the office. He transferred the phones to his cell phone, argued with customers because he wasn’t at work. The fat was always broken. You either couldn’t get in or once you were in you were locked in. The current manager is rude and unprofessional. Even after leaving several messages with corporate for over 3 months corporate failed to reach out until after I left a bad comment on social media.

My experience with Julie early on a Saturday morning was great. She was very friendly and proficient. Despite the issues with system moving slow or not responding she remained calm and managed to make my son and I feel at ease. Julie's customer service was awesome. Kudos to Julie.
If it wasn't for Vicki, I would have hightailed it out of their office two minutes after I arrived. She truly saved the day. Upon my arrival, I was "intercepted" at the door by an unnamed associate because she wore no name tag who obviously had a chip on her shoulder. She was definitely NOT holding the door open for me, Rather, it was as if she were blocking my entrance. She menacingly and crisply inquired, "How can I help?" I said, "Hi," and she repeated again, "How can I help?" Needless to say, I was immediately taken aback. She asked me whether I had a reservation. I replied that I did not and calmly explained to her that I was there to inquire about renting storage space. While I was still standing outside the door and without further attempting to determine my storage needs she then asked me what size unit I needed, while grudgingly opening the door further, stepping aside, and finally allowing me enter. I must have passed the test... Instead of welcoming me, she blurted out, "What are you trying to store?" Now we were getting somewhere, so I told her. But, instead of recommending a specific-size unit, she pointed to the wall at a poster and told me to look and see what size I might need. I was incredulous and started wondering if maybe I had made a mistake in choosing this particular storage facility. That's when Vicki, the other associate in the office, stepped up to the plate and interjected herself into the conversation. Thankfully, she took over from there and explained everything to me and recommended a specific unit and even took me on a tour and showed me one of the available spaces to determine whether it was suitable to my needs. I am so grateful for Vicki rescuing me from the other woman, since it was blatantly obvious that she did not really want to help me and could not even answer my questions or simply did not want to. Her attitude and demeanor were such that I was surprised she actually was in a position to interact with potential customers. Her personality exuded negativity. Vicki, on the other hand, was such a friendly, pleasant, genuine, helpful and knowledgeable associate. She sealed the deal. Were it not for her, I would likely still be looking for an alternative. She is, without question, a valuable employee of this facility, and a true gem. They are lucky to have her as an employee and I consider myself lucky she was working there that day. Thank you so much.
Lakisha was one of the reasons I chose this facility! She was taking care of a client before me and was very attentive to their needs even her conversation was encouraging. She multi task well and made everyone feel important for their time of waiting, by continuously apologizing. She thoroughly took us through what the process was and walked us out to our unit. She was very polite, fast, and sufficient. I would suggest this nice area to others. Thank you again!
This post is long overdue!! Upon my arrival from deployment, Ms. Laura helped me tremendously!!! The process of getting my keys was hilarious but, nevertheless, swift and pleasant. Even after losing my gate code and review information, she welcomed me back with a loving smile and helped me to gain access to my belongings. I really love it here. If it was humanly possible, I would sleep in my unit just because the environment is soooo great! Thanks for all that you and the staff have done to keep my mind at ease while on deployment and upon my return!!
Great service. Tiffany gave over the top customer service. She was extremely proficient in making me feel comfortable and getting the job done. The facility is very nice and clean. I would refer this facility at the Augusta location to anyone. 5 stars!!!!!
I have had a great experience having my personal items at extra space storage. All my belongings were in great condition when I went to clear out my unit. Kisha was very professional and kind when I was moving out of my unit. It was a quick and easy process. If I ever need storage again, I will definitely come back to this location.
Every person that I spoke to at the cubesmart on tobacco road were so pleasant. All very helpful and polite. Could not have asked for a better experience renting a storage unit. Will definitely recommend.
