Extreme Air Trampoline Park Boardman, Ohio

We had my sons birthday party here and for the price I paid it was pretty awful. The staff are all very young so they don't have a clue as to what's goin on. The Party host gave me options for pizzas and pop...she had to ask me 2 times because they were out of everything I kept choosing. They ran out of the kind of pizzas we had ordered. Part of the party itinerary was the stunt bag. I was told that they wouldn't be blowing it up due to lack of staff even though there were 5 workers standing around in a group on the trampoline area. The boys wanted to do the rock climbing since that was open and 2 of them got to and the workers disappeared so the kids couldn't do that either. It was very disappointing. We will never be back. Save your money.

So I brought my children here because we had only ever gone to the Niles one. Safe to say we'll probably just continue to go to the Niles one. Yes, this one is bigger and has more, but it is absolutely disgusting. Just trash and socks everywhere. The employees were just shooting basketball and not paying attention to anything that was going on. There was a little girl that literally had a mini makeup set while jumping and was smearing it everywhere. Food and drink all over the trampoline side, none of the lockers work. I truly could go on. This place needs to be better managed.

We booked my grandson's birthday party here. We all were freezing cold the whole time due to no heat in our party room. The pizza was terrible. There were only a few plates. Many items at the snack bar were not available because they were out of stock at this facility. It was just not what we paid for. Our family will not recommend EXTREME AIR in Boardman Ohio for any parties.

Nice place, but you are supposed to get half off of jumping at Xtreme Air if you ice skate and when my niece went to the counter, he didn't honor the price. We went back and asked for half back and he said there was nothing he could do?......He saw her ice skating bracelet, but she had to verbalize that she wanted half off??? She's 15?? Totally bad way to do business ..All teenagers running the place ...no adult managers around

Great facility. A little worn but a great time with the kids. It felt safe with 2 Police officers on duty there on a Friday evening.

Over run by older kids. Employees don't kick out people that are over their time. Standing around on their phones instead of doing their job making sure kids take turns. Arcade games don't work. Two dodgeball courts and all the balls are on top of the nets or on the floor in the basement while several employees stand around. So a court for 8 has maybe 2 dodgeballs. The employees/kids just stand around or play.

We love ice skating here. However, the teenage workers are terrible. They have no clue what's going on, they are on their phones the entire time and don't do their jobs. Music is not family friendly. But its a great place for teens to hang out.

Last night we went to Extreme Air Trampoline park for a private event. The facilities were clean and well maintained. The staff was very kind and polite. We had a very large group and they did a great job in getting us checked in quickly and efficiently! If you are looking for a fun family night or a place to hold a large group event, definitely give them a call! With having the trampoline park, but also having the ice rink it was great for everyone, no matter their interests or abilities!

Very impressed with Extreme Air the staff were friendly and helpful and the prices were amazing we paid less than $50 for 2 jumpers and 2 pairs of jump socks. Drink prices were reasonable also. Activities include trampoline dunking, dodgeball, extreme jump, laser tag, arcade, rock climbing wall, and there is an ice skating rink also. When we were leaving we found out that adults could jump if they paid.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED I wish I could give this place a zero. Not only were almost ALL the games out of order with no signs up, we found out after spending 60$ on a game card.., but the ninja course wasn't even open or the drop pit, you have to track someone down to do the wall climb. The corners on the main bounce area were coming apart and I had to fix them multiple times myself for fear of a child getting their leg stuck. The snack area wasn't open, vending machines didn't accept money, trash was everywhere, prize area was not stocked, lockers didn't work to keep your belongings. Just all around NOT a good time and a waste of $200... -10/10 would not recommend
