Extreme Pump It Up Fitness offers 4 group classes.
Cardio Pumpin' ~ A 50 minute class of a variety of cardio moves, step, ball bootcamp, tabata, HIIT training, plyometrics, intervals and alot more. You will burn anywhere from 500-900 calories in a class.
Body Pumpin' ~ A 1 hour full body workout using barbells, dumbells, bands or ball. The beauty of this class is I am your personal trainer in a group atmosphere! Be ready to sweat and work your muscles! Calories burned 500-900.
Zumba ~ A 45 minute total workout combining all elements of fitness-cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility. Come try it. Lose inches and calories in a fun class.
Cycle It Up~ Cycle your way to your ulimate fitness results. Rides are set to an upbeat soundtrack and blend techique, intervals, resistance rides and sprints for a fun, challenging and rewarding cardio session.
We have fun while working out in a friendly atmosphere! Great music, friendly certified instructors, lots of energy and a fun way to meet people and get a great workout in! Theses classes are for all fitness levels. Open to non members of the community center. Classes open to men and women.
