Eye Consultants of Syracuse PC

I've been going to Dr. DeVincentis and Eye Consultants for almost two years now. Even today, with signs posted that they were short staffed, I sat in the waiting room and was in awe how every single staff person I encountered and/or watched was professional, kind, engaging to the patients, patient as the older folk walked toward them. I don't know if Dr. D has a specific team, but everyone who appears to be associated with him are outstanding, many of whom I routinely see. The front desk crew is always pleasant & efficient. It is refreshing, in this day and age, to see an entire medical group who appear to be a great group of people. Even short staffed, I was in and out in my normal time frame. I hope you guys see this and I applaud you for all you do.

missed my appointment, due to having to work. they sent me a letter stating that I should find another dr Bushinger . They think nothing of having their patients wait past their appt times. Word of mouth, negative reviews go along way on the internet these days.

This was our first time seeing Dr. Michael Moore. Our former Ophthalmologist retired and so we needed to find a new eye doctor. From reception check-in to check-out, and all services in between, was exceptional. My husband has dementia, and Dr. Moore and his staff were kind, patient, sensitive to our situation. My husband was anxious at first since he did not recognize the office or Dr. Moore, but Dr. Moore and his staff were extremely calming for my husband. Dr. Moore took the time to know our names before he entered the room. Dr. Moore and his staff treated us like we were long time patients of his. I would highly recommended Dr. Moore to anyone. I am grateful.

My physician transferred to Eye Consultants of Syracuse. Like all new practices there was a lot of paperwork. The office staff made this transfer seamless. When I arrived for my appointment I was greeted with a friendly welcome . Again checking was easy. Dr. Miller’s assistant Joline spelling? knowledgeable, kind and efficient. Great experience!

This was my first visit to Eye Consultants of Syracuse. I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment, brought my insurance & ID and was quickly instructed to take a seat in the waiting area. I waited just a few minutes to be called in for my initial review, back to the waiting area and waited just a few minutes for the other eye tests and then to see the eye doctor. My complete exam took just less than the time on my intro letter. I was impressed with the staff, technicians and doctor’s greetings, explains of the procedures, ability to answer my questions, and their willingness to make me feel comfortable during the process. Thank you for making the appointment as smooth, informative and comfortable as possible. Everyone was professional and accommodating as anyone could expect. Thank you.

Let me first say I have never met more friendly front desk! Very professional. A caring hello and welcoming atmosphere. I soon felt very at ease for my appointment. A reflection of Dr Coli is this reception desk. I know I will suggest Syracuse Eye Consultants to friends and family!

My visit was fine, but the wait between the second and third stage after having pictures of my optic nerve taken and being seen by my doctor was quite long, a good half hour. It would be good if your office would try to avoid such long waiting times.

My experience with the Fulton office eye consultants was wonderful. The nurse RN her name was Tammy was wonderful and explained everything to me so I understood what she was going to be doing, whether it was with the eye drops or my eye exam or the eye pressure test she was just over all wonderful and made sure that I understood the procedures that she was doing. The doctor was also very wonderful and again he explained everything to me and was very caring. The whole staff there is very friendly and wonderful

This was my first visit to Eye Consultants and the Staff was outstanding. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and taken care of immediately. The Doctor's Assistant was kind professional and easy to work with. Dr. Miller is outstanding and that is why I followed him from Auburn then went to his practice in Cortland and then followed him to his practice at Eye Consultants of Syracuse. Thank you.

No waiting time for my appointment. The assistant Gellene check my vitals and made certain all my health data was correct By Reviewing my health and family history. Dr Bushinger always very pleasant and takes the time to explain the results of my tests. The best Eye specialist I have ever had.
