Dr Page was very informative and knowledgeable about the cornea. I would definitely recommend him. I am a complex case and he had a lot of history to review for my eye issues. I called and explained that I had an urgent eye issue and they worked me in and I appreciate it. Patience is a virtue and doctors have to see many ER patients in between regularly scheduled patients. What is important for me is a great doctor. Thank you
Have to agree with the person who said they overbook. Had to wait 2 hours to be seen. Appears to be common practice for this office. A waiting room and hallway full of patients also had to wait as long. Very 'corporate' feel, rather than medical/caretaking feel. However, staff was professional, courteous and efficient. Dr. did good job of explaining the exam results.
Nice people, great doctors and staff, but this location overbooks. Plan to wait a long, long time for your appointment. My appointment was at 11:20 am and I wasn't seen till 12:40 pm.This is typical. I was seen a total of 15 minutes by staff and the doctor, and did not get to leave till 1:30 pm.
Though I had a bit of a wait at first, once I was brought into an exam room, the staff professionals efficiently managed my Contacts and Vision exams, with minimal delay. Everyone was pleasant, had all my records at hand for questions, and moved me through the process as quickly as possible.
Waited an hour for my appointment. Felt rushed during the doctor portion of the appointment. The young woman that prepared me for the doctor’s visit was excellent. No one bothered to make sure I had a new glasses prescription when I checked out.
I have had good care from Dr. Romanowski for about 9 years. Dr. Page performed my cataract surgery. It went smoothly and pain free. I was very nervous, but the staff there were very kind and professional.
This place is very poorly run. The staff is unfriendly at the reception, the wait times are long, and they're super disorganized. I've been a patient for two years and on my most recent visit neither the doctor nor the "contact lens person" had any record of my previous prescription or the fact that I had ordered contacts THROUGH THEM. Now they're requiring me to book yet another appointment with a large co-pay to "check the fit of my contacts", which they already did last year and it's the same brand. You cannot go for one appointment here and get all your needs met- they separate the optometrist from the people who order contacts and glasses, so if you need an exam and to order new items, you'll need to book THREE SEPARATE APPOINTMENTS. Of course they overbook and have very limited options for appointments, so plan to get this done over the course of months. I will be changing care providers- I've had a consistently negative experience here.
This is a great clinic! The staff is always very kind and warm. The only issue is the seating in the lobby is not size inclusive. The chairs are very small and uncomfortable. You should have other options for different body types.
I was visiting family in Oregon from Atlanta, GA when I developed flashing and floaters in my left eye. The emergency room physician referred me to Dr. Younge at EyeHealth Northwest who saw me immediately. Coordinating with Dr Yoken they managed to get me evaluated and laser surgery done within a day of each other. Absolute excellent care. Everyone one at EyeHealth Northwest was so kind and caring. Not the Thanksgiving I expected but truly grateful for all they did for me. Thank you so much!
2 times left messages to scedule a follow up appointment. No call back. Finally got threw. I had same issue that I came in for initially. Blurry vision in 1 eye. Kinda important. I was told that it wasn't important enough to see a doctor soon. Rude, talked to as if I was a child. Unbelievable. Would never go back.
