I love going here for coffee! It’s kind of a hole in the wall place so if you drive too fast, you could miss it pretty quickly. They have some really unique options for coffee. I tend to get the Raspberry Truffle, iced with oat milk and it’s amazing every time. I’ve tried other espresso drinks as well and they were all tasty. I’ve yet to have any of the food but I’ve heard from friends that they’re delicious as well. I’d give this place a go if you’re in the area!
Food and coffee is always amazing never an issue. Staff is friendly. Atmosphere simple and clean. Definitely do not like the system for tracking “stars”. Never adds and stars expires before you are even able to get to the amount for something discounted or free. Bill for coffee and a muffin is always around $12-15 in the morning and the stars don’t really make sense. Should just earn a free coffee after so many or a free scone after so many.
For the past year, I’ve gone to Earthen Cup roughly once a week in the mornings to grab a coffee and snack for my walk to school. I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with the quality of food as well as the staff, it’s always a highlight of my day to come by! They have great food options GF as well and I’ve never been disappointed by their coffees and blended drinks. Thanks for being there for me at 7 in the morning, before jazz festivals and math exams when I was hardly there and awake myself
Cute local shop with potential! The food was unique, healthy, delicious and filling Try the Hippie Bar! I was difficult and asked questions about everything AND THEN I asked them to make me whatever they wanted, just not too sweet. Their customer service was great and Drew did an excellent job with my Latte! The sauces that came with the Fire Stick were amazing Their take-home coffee selection could have more umpf, but I get the feeling they're just getting started and the coffee they had was local with eye-catching graphics on the packaging. There are locally made candy selections to take home as well Their coffee sleeve gives you a nudge to go to BG Apothecary which was perfect for us! I suggest going there too.
As I sit in my truck reading the reviews of this place before I even get there, I am disgusted to see the sassy, provocative and unprofessional responses of the OWNER/MANAGER to any bad reviews here! What the heck kind of business plan is that? Responding to unhappy customers with more disappointment is just shockingly rude. Grow up. Learn how to run a proper coffee shop and display good customer service, maybe they’ll actually come back.
Very accommodating for an early morning large order for a meeting. The breakfast burritos over 40 of them were great for a crowd. I appreciate the way the burritos were individually wrapped and bagged with chips and salsa so everyone could grab their bagged breakfast and go sit down. Thank you!!!Food: 5/5
Earthen cup has quickly become my favorite lunch spot in town. The coffee is delicious and they have a rotating sandwich menu that is always a hit. My partner and I have tried 4 different sandwiches and each of them are amazing try the Bavarian if you like horseradish, the pretzel bun is to die for. Highly recommend this little cafe.
I stumbled across this quaint coffee shop recently during one of my many travels across this great land we call North America. If I could give more than 5 stars for their coffee I would. My wife and I were both taken aback by the flavor and after a few days of getting coffee here we were more than satisfied that their drinks were consistent. It sucks that we couldn't bring this place back to our fellow communist homeland to the north known as Kanata. If the last few years of lockdowns and government overreach has taught me anything it is to enjoy the small things and treasure every moment. My wife and I have taken that to heart and as we treasured the last few sips of our coffee on our journey back home we sunk into a deep depression knowing we may never have the opportunity to taste pure perfection in a drink again... Maybe. .. unless we come back. I'm not one to be dramatic in my reviews but if I were this would be the type of review I would write. Libby and her staff are world class and I am feeling sorry for myself knowing I have to drink from Starbucks and all these other awful places that pretend to make coffee. God's speed my friends. May the coffee be always in your flavour.
I visited Earthen Cup recently and had a great experience! The cold brew I ordered was so good and the soup of the day was delicious. I highly recommend this cafe for anyone looking for a cozy atmosphere and tasty food. Stefanie Baileymay's Boutique
I live in BG almost all my life and glad I came across this wonderful cafe! 3 years of missing out! Today we had amazing customer service, where we felt important and taken care of. The food was delicious, fresh and not expensive. Overall a lovely experience!
