I’ve been a regular for about 5+ years and won’t let anyone else but the owner touch my eyebrows. I even do the 25 min drive to her shop since I moved across town. She takes at max 5 min to do them and they come out perfect each time

The first time I went there she charges me 12$ now it's 15$ she does a beautiful job my brows are perfect

I was a regular for over 4 years now, I have a trip out of town and was not able to go until tonight as I’m rushing when I checked the time said 7:30 closed I walked up to the doors at 7:25 they were locked understandable I was going to just change my schedule and go right when they open so I could make my flight at 12 as I am walking away she waves me down so I turn around and walk back to door expecting to leave an extra $20 tip due to the last mine inconvenience, the older women opens the door as I start to walk in she one the phone with someone and they keep saying she’s closed as she says “it’s to late I’m closed I’m closed” giving beyond attitude as she’s walking to the chair telling me to sit down the unprofessionalism so I told her I will just leave since she keeps saying I’m too late as I’m walking out she’s yelling at me to go back to the chair as someone who is in the beauty industry it was the worst interaction I had!! why would I want to let someone touch my eyebrows after getting an attitude because SHE open the door to let me in, I am never going back that was beyond ridiculous!!!!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Today's experience was the worst, to the point that I went somewhere else to have them attempt to fix my eyebrows. It is so uneven, looks like two different eyebrows. Not the first time that my eyebrows have been done poorly but definitely the worst. Will never return to this place.

She does good work but is EXTREMELY unprofessional! I go there to get my ENTIRE face done. So I ALWAYS try to tell her on the down low. She ALWAYS says it out loud for EVERYBODY to hear! Then ALWAYS complains about what time I come in. I've been in @end of the day 30/40 minutes before closing even, during the weekend & weekday, when they open, during lunch. Walked in when NOBODY has been in there! She still says it takes soooo long to do my face can I come in on another day? She has asked me midway to stop servicing me to do someone else's eyebrows then come back & finish mine. I let her. I'm paying you $40 +Tip for 20/30 min of labor & you're complaining? Bye!

I moved to the area recently and decided to check this place out over the weekend. To my surprise the staff was so sweet ! I hope I get her name correctly but Dinah helped me with my brows because your girl here hadn’t been out in a year. Amazing customer service from her and she cleaned my brows amazingly. Additionally, we had a great conversation about an Iranian singer “Googoosh”. She has a great voice check her out ! And come check out this brow bar !!!

I've been to a few different eyebrow threading locations. Each one disappointed me because they would mess up my eyebrows they also didn't possess the skill to do them correctly. I've been going to this location for 2 years and so far they know what they're doing they do a great job. I love how my eyebrows look each time and I am not going anywhere else. I've gotten compliments on my eyebrows and I'd always recommend this place.
