I originally went here July 2023, to get the Kybella shots after seeing an advertisement. When I was ready to pay with my care credit card, the nurse had advised me that I needed to purchase a minimum of $1000 in services to be able to use my care credit card. I decided to get Botox for my very first time and see how I liked it. Literally a month later, my Botox has worn off and have not seen progress for the kybella shots 2. It’s unfortunate, that I spent over $1,000 for nothing, I am so disappointed. The nurse, Jennifer was amazing, but the treatment did not last as I was told. I really wished I would have read these reviews before doing here. Definitely not going back.

Beware: Warning for Eyelash Extensions – Please don’t get here. The lashes were glued to my eyelid. I have pictures. A true lash expert not from here spent 5 to 6 hours taking the overglued lashes off my eyelids one by one. I have swelling and pain and a bacterial infection from the top of my eyes to my cheeks. I now have been painfully educated that Eye Candy does not use proper lash extension techniques and lack of cleanliness. The offered to use a gel to take off the lashes and I was advised by a medical professional that would have permanently damaged my eyesight and skin if I would have let them. My skin is so raw chemical burn and swollen and I have open sores from the improper application/technique. Please don’t go here. They do not know what they are doing.Service: Eyelash extensions

DO NOT COME HERE FOR BOTOX! Unless you want to be pocked so fast and be put in pain. I saw a deal and I came here, well you get what you pay for. They do not ice you prior to injecting you! And she goes so fast that your in excruciating pain. The nurse has no empathy no bedside manner. Afterwards your injection site is so sore and bumpy and you look like you have pimples and bruises on your face. Sorry but unfortunately you get what you pay for. Don’t be lured by the deal- go somewhere else where they have multiple nurses and physician assistants on hand and will have the tools and bedside manner before injecting you.

I hate this place . The ladies are so rude and stuck up . The service is terrible . Don’t have specials if you are going to be rude to your customers because they don’t want to buy more units of botox. By the way I love the results of only 20 units . The nurse that injected me tried to tell me I needed 50 units and that 20 units the special would be a waste of money . I had to assert myself because I only wanted the special , then she was very rude and rough. She said the image center is terrible , the image center is cleaner and more professional staff than your establishment. Wow this place is a TRUE RIPOFF!!! I have never had my BOTOX only last 1 month!! I bought the groupon for 20 units and and I guess I got what I paid for. PLUS IT WAS SO PAINFUL and Ive had injections before....SCAM to me.. don't waste your money!!

Came here because they were a little cheaper than other places. I should have known. I have never gotten a bruise from Botox & here I am 2 days before my birthday dinner with bruises developing on my face. Bruising is also super rare from Botox. I’ve have been getting botox done for years and Ive NEVER had bruising. I’m so mad right now. The nurse who did my injections could have slowed down a bit but she did not care.
