Excellent and exceptional! You won’t be disappointed in the service or the medical treatment at all. Glasses came faster than expected and are perfect! The ophthalmologists in the office are top notch and fast as well as their staff being very knowledgeable and helpful when picking out glasses and fixing things. I’ve been in glasses over 15 years…. I haven’t been more impressed with a ophthalmology clinic. You won’t regret going!
Excellent service and very nice staff. It’s professional but laid back. Everyone working was polite and helpful. I loved it. Easy to find and lots of good parking which comes in handy on busy week days!
Supreme quality eye care! Pro level friendly services from the moment you walk through the door! Julie started me with what I call "optic vitals" like reading eye charts, medical updates and the dreaded "puff" machine. Dr. Hedgepath is very thorough with your history, present situation and realistic future prognosis. Nikki helped me with selecting the very best from a great selection of glasses with a quick seven to ten day delivery. All the staff is friendly and supportive of our unique individual needs.
They are not only professional but friendly as well. I went in nervous but left calm and informed of everything they had done. They are great with kids to as my boys love going there.Definitely will be referring them to everyone i know.
My appointment was at 9:50 ....finally got called back at 10:30...Dr. Zahn kept stepping out of the room because his kid was there...after checking my right eye...he went to check my left eye which I have cataracts in ..he tried 2 magnification settings...then told me I needed surgey...didn't even make a half a$$ attempt...my vision has never been cloudy...so I can't imagine it being that bad...he then told me they could improve e the vision in my right eye....so I went and picked out frames...was told they'd be in in 2 weeks...it's now been 3 weeks....nothing...never going back here
Beautiful new office in a great easy location with plenty of parking! Dr. Zahn was very polite and well spoken, very wise and knowledgeable as well as had great listening skills and a sense of humor! Definitely will be keeping my business here!
The staff was very helpful and friendly. They took care of my needs as quickly and efficiently as possible. It was an enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend Eyes on Missouri to anyone.
Doctors are nice. The sales staff is rude and must work on commission. I ordered glasses a month ago and had to contact them to find out they were in. Do you think the service would be that bad if I hadn’t paid for them in advance??
Dr. Hedgepath is the best, she genuinely cares about your health. Everyone who works there is so kind, and their customer service is amazing. Love going here!
Save yourself a lot of money and order your glasses online!!! I am not sure where they come up with the crazy numbers there...but I purchased glasses and sunglasses at a third of the price I was quoted for one pair of glasses there, and that was using my insurance!! Single vision script should not come up to almost a grand for glasses!!! Insanity!!!
