Fred walker, was very quick to respond!. Set up a time the next day for looking at my job and need. Was delayed because of scheduling and answering emails in which he said he needed to pull over and answer by about an hour. I was grateful he was in touch about it, because I feel his world! I understand . I am in the same type of business! Monkey wrenches are thrown into our cogs of life every day all day! Ali was an excellent salesperson. When he came to my home we went directly to the bathroom and I had my granddaughter show him how she got into and out of the shower. As he watched her do the transition from her wheelchair, he right away knew what she needed. He is very knowledgeable and explained how everything is going to make her life easier due to her disabilities. Ali thank you very much.
