I have seen a lot of people complain, but I had no problem worth complaining about. I got my car within a reasonable time. I returned the car within a reasonable time. The only complaints I can consider is we had to wait on a shuttle bus to pick us up at the airport and the car had smell of marijuana inside. Some Lysol fixed that. The shuttle bus driver, Michael, who returned us to the airport was such a very nice person.
One Service Rep for the Weekend and Shuttle bus took over 30minutes to pick us up. If you want 3hrs to just deal with this then come here. Dollars Rental has plenty more shuttles and fast customer service. Happy Labor Day Weekend- 1 Star! Customers do not come first and the reps are so slow. My goodness hire people with passion on customer service fast and a tip jar to get this moving fast!
Long line and waiting. But friendly staff helped me to keep the bags which i really need. There are several rent car agents combined with one office so that we have to wait long time. Europe car was my agent and suddenly pull up the line for Europe customer but waited longer. Anyway wherever. . . It takes time so make your plan with time enough. I hope they can improve some process faster with some updated system so that complains can be decreased. Anyway thank you.
Unreliable shuttle. I’ve been waiting for nearly an hour, watching tons of busses from every other rental company, and the one EZ bus I’ve seen drove right past me while I was waving my arms trying to get them to stop. Update: After over an hour wait a shuttle arrived with a very pleasant driver. The person at the desk upgraded my rental without charge. I wouldn’t mind renting from here again, but I would need to get someone else to provide transportation to their facility.
Longest line I’ve ever seen and wait time almost 90 minutes for a vehicle. The worst of the worst. Terribly run organization and definition of you get what you pay for. If you don’t value your time, or really need the cheapest deal at all costs then this is the place for you.
Nice and clean facility but not enough employees. Been waiting in line for over 30min. Also very difficult to look for the shuttle pick up at the airport since there is no sign for EZ. Very frustrating!
This was my first time renting a car and the process was smooth and simple from start to finish. The shuttle arrived quickly at the airport, and all the staff I interacted with were very friendly and courteous. They upgraded me to a small SUV for no extra charge because there were no available economy sedans. The vehicle was nice, clean, and served its purpose. The drop off process was very quick and easy, so I was on my way back to the airport in no time. Thanks for a great experience!
The shuttle driver was very kind and great at navigating the busy traffic. Once I arrived at the rental location, it was very simple to complete all paperwork and get the car. The lady at the counter was friendly and professional- really enjoyed talking with her. The gentleman and the exit gate had a great sense of humor and excellent customer service skills. I had actually been in a bad mood until working with these people. I will definitely use their services again!
This was the first time I’ve ever rented a car. My budget was tight, my anxiety was high, and many poor reviews made me incredibly nervous about the experience. I’m pleased to say everything went as smooth as butter. Shuttle was prompt. Admin was fast, easy, the clerks were pleasant, and my car was a clean, efficient, adorable blue Elantra. I called ahead to triple check my reservation, the expected fees and hold charge, and honestly: A lot of the reviews seem negative solely because they didn’t take the time to read the fine print. I did, I had zero surprises, and I will rent again! My only complaint, and the reason this is 4 stars and not 5, was the driver of the company shuttle that took me TO the rental station. The man drove like he was trying to kill himself and everyone in the vehicle. Obey speed laws PLEASE. We could barely hold on to our seats, and the interior was a rickety metal cage just asking for injury. I white-knuckled one of the few hold bars in the shuttle the whole ride. Thank god it was short. The return shuttle to the airport was perfectly fine, so I’m sure it’s a driver-specific case, but yikes.
Horrible service! Almost 50 people waiting in line and no one cares to serve any customers. People just wasting time in queues due to careless employees. The management should be aware of this poor service. Highly recommend to avoid getting a reservation from here.
