Went to this office at 10:30am on a weekday. Door was locked. No signs on the window indicating why they were closed. Ridiculous. I suggest calling before you go here. Complete waste of my time, and now need to find another post office to mail my package.
My boyfriend and i had purchased a P.O. Box and the man was very nice and had helped/explained the info very easily. The one on Father Morrisette Blvd, i am never going there again. My boyfriend and i had went there and spoke to many different people who are rude while having a hassle and we’re still confused . Months went by and we came to the one on Market st. We got our info fast and easy and service was great.I recommend this place to go !
As I know that the lady sometimes does not response right away after you asked but she is really nice. Not to mention that she works all by herself, she is really sweet because I went there a lot. :
Went there this afternoon. Sunshine was super helpful and informative. She helped me with a few concerns I had and made me feel better about the insurance and overnight shipping. She’s a wonderful lady. Thank you.
Excellent neighborhood post office. Very convenient, with helpfull staff. Nice place to have a PO box if you live in the area. Been going there almost daily for two years now, and never a single problem.
One of the Clerks has a negative attitude and walked away as I was talking to her. Not very customer friendly.
I got a call back within the hour. The phone rang once then they hung up on me. What a joke.
The male clerk is a very personable & efficient even when he's really busy
