Omg this was amazing. I love this room full of driven women. I wish i had more time to attend classes, i could tell this Ms.Renee would be a wonderful experienced and encouraging trainer. If anyone is committed to there health check he out. She has challenges and even meal plan help. Its amazing to see a community of women coming together to be healthy and fit.

If you want results, this is the place to go.

Renee is an amazing trainer. Great classes!

She will get you right and keep you tight!
