What a great find! Such a beautiful home and comfortable rooms. We got in late and felt a little like we had been handed the keys to a museum after hours! It was SO fun to explore and the staff and breakfast were wonderful. We'd love to come back and we'll likely check out the sister hotel as well.Rooms: 5/5
Loved this place very welcoming great breakfast and friendly staff. Rooms: 5/5
This was our second stay at a bed and breakfast. The first stay which was else where was magnificent and I was warned by my wife that I'd be disappointed in future stays. That being said, our stay at the Lauerman house was fine. We were allowed to check in early, the Innkeeper was pleasant and told us a few things about how the house operates and our room was large and well-furnished. The bathroom had a 2-person whirlpool tub and thick, luxurious towels. Our breakfast was served at 8 as we requested. The first day was quiche with bacon, fresh fruit and pastry. The second day was stuffed French toast topped with peaches and bacon and different fresh fruit. I think - since none of it was explained to us... this isn't devastating, just a missed detail. The house is next to a train track which seems to be rarely used, so don't let that scare you away.
My wife and I loved our stay. The rooms are nice and large, and clean. We felt very welcome and the service was great! Would definitely stay again! The Inn Keeper is very knowledgeable and is great with suggesting places to eat.
We've been here a few times and love it. Great atmosphere and an excellent breakfast.Rooms: 5/5
I initially visited this place to play Pokemon Go as well as Ingress. I've been inside before and it's a really nice building with great accommodations. I hear it that the rooms are pretty good if you like Vintage Hotel and bed and breakfast style themes
Amazing b&b, would stay again. Only things to improve is we wished the door had a sweep at the bottom for noise/privacy and along the same lines the lobby music should turn off at ~10pm or so
My Husband grew up in Marinette. This treasure of a home and bed and breakfast ammenties exceeded all expectations. Heidi was very down to earth and I actually found the contemporary meets colonial design of this comfortable and elegant home to be quite beautiful. It's not a hotel folks. So glide on by if that's what ur looking for. If ur looking for a great view inside and out and just need some peace or romantic getaway, this is ur place. Loved it! Book in advance is my only suggestion especially if u want a certain room. Regards, An Anniversary Couple who stayed in the Balcony Suite
