Really cool store. Love going here. Bought Casablanca the other day. Also was able to find Darth Vader sweatshirt. Everyone is very friendly.
Amazing service! I drove an hour out of my way just to come here. They always have something for any movie/game lover
This place is cool but very niche. They have some cool Funko Pops and some cool collectibles. They do mark up their products a little high for my taste.
This FYE is Usually Well Stocked and Has Plenty of Variety when it comes to Products. I've Been to Some FYE that have Shocked Me with How Terrible They Are, But Not This One. The Staff is Very Friendly and I Especially Love how this Staff Isn't Overly Aggressive When Asking If You Want To Sign Up for Their Membership or Rewards Cards. I Also Love How this Store is Set Up Because When You Walk in your Greeted with Alot of Merchandise that is Either on Sale, Clearance, Or Discounted. Which Personally for me I really Love.
I love that there is still one of these open close to me. It still sells cds, DVDs, and vinyls, but also has lots of recent pop culture merch that you wouldn't find in most places. Definitely worth going, I wouldn't get the membership again though it was huge pain to cancel.
Worst experience ever. I bought two of the exact same Plushies with blankets come to find out one had a different price than the other and they wouldn't honor the price of the lower they kept on pushing the higher price to me. And then when he got upset he offered me a refund as a passive aggressive move. I took it because FYE doesn't deserve my money. Change your ridiculous management. No wonder why these stores are dying. They don't take care of the customers.
Rude and obnoxious employee who rung us up. Wouldn't take no for an answer when we said no to the subscription we said no more then 3 times. Implied we were lacking in intelligence when I stated how difficult it can be to cancel subscriptions. First time my partner has shopped here and last time we both will shop with any FYE. We can get the food items from World Market and the other items from Amazon for much less. "No", "no thanks", and "not interested" are complete sentences, employees need to respect the complete sentence, especially after the 3rd time.
Beware of shopping here! They offered me a percentage off my total if I signed up for a “free rewards program” FYE Backstage which is NOT free and I began getting a magazine delivered to my house. I checked my bank records the card I used at FYE and noticed FYE gave my credit card information to this magazine without my consent and had been charging me for these magazines. They are scamming people here! God knows who else they gave my card information to. Stay away from their “rewards program”!!!!!!
Lots of opened CDs,as in plastic removed, inclusions removed I bought a Twice album and it's supposed to come with alot more than a book and the CD, it didn't come with anything other than that. Don't recommend this FYE unless you dont want the inclusions of the over priced albums they have there. Please just go to Amazon or target also they only had 1 staff at the checkout and return area so it took a long time to returned my overpriced no inclusion album.
Still a great place for music, movies, and pop-culture gear! Great deals on them too!
