F45 Training College Park Plaza

F45 is truly a great workout! I love the fact that you workout with other members as a team. It keeps the workouts fun and keeps you motivated! All of the coaches are fantastic and the workouts are designed very well. A great way to build endurance and stay fit!!

Great experience with this gym! All of the trainers are really good at what they do and keep everyone motivated throughout the class. The cardio days are particularly tough. Would recommend to anyone.

I LOVE f45. Ive tried orange theory, rowhouse, and loads of other gyms and this one really gets my whole body in shape, keeps my heart rate up and doesnt get boring ever. Always excited for class. Best fitness in years! Thanks F45!!!!

I absolutely LOVE these workouts! I am hooked! They are fun, never the same, only 45 minutes and they challenge you in ways I haven’t ever experienced before. The fact that it’s functional training I think is cool because you’re building muscle groups that you need and use on a daily basis. The facility is clean, the equipment is well maintained and clean and the trainers are very friendly and helpful. You can sign up for a free week to try it out which is super cool!

Great place to workout and meet people. I am a senior of 70 plus but the Trainers are great in helping me workout at my pace and level. I am enjoying the training. Don’t want to miss a workout.

I love working out at F45 College Park! The trainers are fantastic and always very attentive even at the 4:45am class! If your in The Woodlands area you should definitely give them a try.

F45 College Park Plaza has been a life changer for me. I was looking for a small work out environment that was relatively close to home. I walked into a welcoming environment, trainer was inspiring and supportive, workout was challenging! I highly recommend!!! Come join!

I bought a groupon for a month of services. I loved the classes and instructors. It was an amazing workout, and I would definitely recommend. Unfortunately due to my work schedule I travel a lot for work, it wasn't financially beneficial for me to buy the full plan.
