I received very poor customer service at your Middle Village NY location at the metro mall. I bought boots for my daughter 2 weeks ago - I was told I can exchange them if they don’t fit - your policy on display is that I can be issued an in store credit for shoes returned WITHOUT a receipt. Sure enough I came in today. I was refused a store credit because I did not have a receipt. The store clerk called her manager - when I read back YOUR OWN POLICY to her, she tried to gaslight me and say that’s not what the policy says. That I can only get a store credit to use towards an exchange with a receipt. This is a picture of YOUR POLICY. Which states I can receive an IN STORE CREDIT for returns WITHOUT RECEIPT. Is really bad experience.all Disgusting people work there.if you took wrong size they don’t exchange. They argue with their Customer they show their attitude.is like nightmare
