Fabrikant law was started to help clients through personal issues related to divorce and family law. We specialize in ensuring your alimony, child custody, child support, and domestic violence disputes are handled quickly and with expertise.
Ms. Fabrikant received her Juris Doctor from New York Law School and her Bachelor of Arts degree from Rutgers University, where she graduated with Honors. She is admitted to the New Jersey State Bar, U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey and New York State Bar. Additionally, she is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and Family Law Section of the Middlesex County and Union County Bar Associations.
Prior to opening her own firm, Ms. Fabrikant served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable James F. Hyland, J.S.C., Middlesex County, Chancery Division—Family Part from 2007-2008 and as an intern to the Honorable Joseph L. Rea, J.S.C., also in Middlesex County, Chancery Division—Family Part in 2005.
She is fluent in Russian and has been selected for inclusion in the New Jersey Super Lawyers®-Rising Stars Edition for 2014.
