I would give this location and company a -10 if it were an option. I used to be a monthly member but the last time I went in, the machines must have been off track. After leaving, I noticed that the back housing of my driver side mirror had been ripped off. When I stopped to call them and ask for them to look for it inside the car wash I noticed that there are now several small scratches the length of my car. Went back to this location for them to give me the housing for my mirror and have them look the car over, and they had an “ oh well” attitude. In addition to the damage to my car, the guys must’ve been wiping the inside and outside windows with the same towel they use for the tire shine. The windows were so greasy that it was difficult to see out of them. Canceled my membership and gave a lengthy reason, haven’t heard a word from the company.

The last three times I have had my car washed here, have been garbage. Water spots on every window and mirror, and bugs still plastered on my grill and windshield. Today I even opened my door, after he did the knock and thumbs up, and asked the drying guy to get the bugs on the windshield. He said, “I got you.” Scratched the three big ones off my side and did another quick wipe. Never went to the passenger side. Knocked on the window with his thumbs up and took off. I guess I’ll take his $10 tip and go spend it on a sponge and do it myself. Does nobody take pride in their work anymore? I won’t be going back. Three strikes.Service: Auto detailing

It’s been several years since I spent the extra money to get a car wash. I usually do it myself at the WOW car wash. I paid $25 to get my car washed and I was blown away how horribly done it was. I did not know you had to tell them to vacuum the back. Ok but I did not know you had to tell them to wash the inside windows also. My 10 yr old grandson could have done a better job. I seen them constantly in their phones. Mind you I went on a weekday and there was maybe 5 cars total being washed. So it’s not that they were busy. A man standing by me said he was never going back and I too feel the same way. Do better fabulous Freddy most especially your prices!! Outrageous.

If there was a ZERO star, that’s what I would give. Came in Friday afternoon, 4:15pm ish, got the outside only with tire shine. Well, shame on me for not looking at it before driving away… the “tunnel” must have been semi broken because all of the soap didn’t get rinsed off, and the two “men of color” doing the wipe down and tire shine……. HOLY SMOKES! I think they used the towels with tire shine on them to wipe the paint…. I can’t even describe what I saw when I got home, but what I can say is a spent an hour rewashing it in my driveway to fix it and I will also NEVER return to this car wash. Not that it matters because everyone should be treated the same but my vehicle is a new Ford Raptor, definitely not a “beater”. DO BETTER!

I was pleased with my service. I gave three stars because I waited 3+ hours for a detail. The clerk was awesome she was very helpful and made sure that she communicated to the workers to prioritize my detail. I think service would be better with a more organized system.

I'm not sure what the problem was.. I paid $30 plus tip.. my car came out 1/2 clean with bugs still on grill & windshield.. dirty inside.. door and jams were untouched.. water spots all over.. not happy. The kids who wiped it down took my complimentary air fresheners and my receipt.. so no discount on fuel. Not happy at all. I ask the manager.. hello.. he said "oh sorry" put his hands in his pockets? Like i was saying he had my receipt in his pocket? I left.. washed and polished it myself. Good bye Freddys.

I took my vehicle to Fabulous Freddy's for the 1st time. I drive a black vehicle & it was extremely dirty in my opinion. I purchased the wash for $45. Running through the wash tunnel brought back some memories with all the different colors of soap & lights. Anyways, we were greeted by a detailer named Michael. He was polite, asked if we had any requests & directed us to the waiting area. After about 10 mins or so he was done. He did a "fabulous" job! I truly appreciated his attention to details. Out & about someone even commented on how nice my vehicle looked especially my tires. The guy even asked what dressing was used on the tires. Naturally, monsoon season os here & I was able to have a clean car for like two days. Thank goodness for the rain check. I called to verify if I qualified for the rain check. The assistant manager Katrina was polite & informative. Brought my car down & they rewashed my vehicle. Overall, very pleased with the service. Will definitely be back.

Freddy's is the best place in town for the lazy that want their car right. I have the $50/ month plan and usually tip $5-$10. I drop in about once a week, dependent on the rain or how windy it is. They always get my car looking FABULOUS!

The rinse at this location Craig has been an ongoing issue, at this point it’s not worth going there anymore. Apparently it’s been relayed to management but nothing gets done. I’ve had a monthly membership for 4-5 years and will be discontinuing that asap.
