Fabulous nail spa

We are new to the area & went here to get my daughters eye brows done yesterday. When we got there, the lady took my daughter in the back to do her brows. The man asked if we wanted a manicure or pedicure. My other daughter said her nails could use a fill in. Since her birthday was the next day, I told her this was fine. The man was removing the polish on my daughters nails when the woman came out from the back with my other daughter. They started speaking in their native language, actually arguing with each other, where we couldn't understand what they were saying. After a few minutes, the woman took over working on my daughters fill in. While working on her nails, the woman got on the phone, put it on speaker, & preceded to have a conversation with someone. She barely spoke to my daughter except to tell her to be careful with her nails when she was finished. A few hours later, my daughter was picking up her shirt & a nail broke off. We went back in today my daughters 17th birthday to get the nail fixed. The man working today called the lady who had done the fill in yesterday. He said she didn't believe him so he told her to come see the work for herself. When she got there, she rudely told my daughter she wouldn't fix it because she only did a fill in, not a full set. She said she had told my daughter yesterday they were too thin. She did not tell her this & they were not thin until the lady filed them yesterday. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, she spoke over me several times. She was not interested in hearing what I had to say or even treating us decently. She was practically yelling at my daughter while pointing her finger at her. We will not be returning. This is the most unprofessional nail salon I have ever been to.

Loved my experience at Fabulous Nails! I was greeted with smiling faces. The facility was clean, and had great customer service. My manicure and pedicure look amazing, and my skin is smooth and soft. I will definitely go back. Thank you Jolene, Tina, and Ivy!

I been to many nail salons and by far this is the worst one. The pedicure utensils are not out of sterile packets, towels were dirty and stained have complimentary drinks but don't give to customers unless you ask. Staff eager to get you in and out. If you're looking for a full service salon that offers exceptional service this is not it... only went bc I was given a gift certificate but now that it is used I will not be back...don't waste your time or money you will be thankful for it!!!

My nails look spectacular! Finally found my nail place after months of looking since I moved here in December. And they are so awesome. I can't emphasize how extremely satisfied I am. They are great you won't be disappointed.

Loved this place. Hands down one of the best places in the area... I went last night for the first time.. not only did they take me and my daughter after hours but they took their time pampering us... we got there at 7:30pm and left at 9:30pm... best 2hrs ever spend.. mind you they close at 7pm... no rush no hurry they made sure our manis & pedis were perfect and they had a smile and held a conversation with both me and my 7yr old.. the massage afterward was awesome... clean place, friendly service, reasonable prices.. Ivy, Jonathan & Jolene where who took care of us highly recommend them..they have made of me a loyal customer.

The workers actually do everything that's supposed to be included in a pedicure, plus more to make sure your feet come out soft. I have finally found one great spot that I can go to regularly.

The shop it’s so unorganized. I went here in the weekend, it was busy with little workers working. There were kids working for the shop which was unprofessional. The lady that did my nails was rushing me to leave so she can work on another customer. I see the husband and wife of the shop are not in a good mood.

Technician cut cuticles too short causing a painful experience. There was very inappropriate music playing and children playing/working. Also, another customer talked loudly on the phone for over an hour and ruined my whole experience. I was never offered a drink.

Best nail salon in lake Jackson. Nice service and Beauty. It's a good place to relax too. I love it

I got a pink and white refill and paid $35! Very expensive! Also disappointed that the technicians were on their phones!
