Ryobi has seemed to be upping their game and I have gotten many good deals there. I would have given 5stars but I like to browse and mostly impulse buy, but the last few times I have been in there is a older man employee that fallows me and other customers around Talking and going on about tools and things I don't want to know about or have a interest in. He is obnoxious and annoying. I love to browse when my wife is in other outlet stores but now I hate to even go in and would rather sit in the car or carry my wife's bags. We live in Strasburg and are in the outlets at least once a week. It's a shame I really like that store.

The employees here are very friendly and always willing to go above and beyond to help each customer leave with what they came in for. If what you need isn’t there at that moment, they’ll make sure to find out when more stock is coming or if it’ll be faster to just order online. A nice selection of tools at a discounted price, due to factory blemishes or reconditioned tools. Most of the time you’ll never notice a difference and you’ll be saving a nice penny. Save some money and stack up on those tools you never thought you’d get because of their prices elsewhere!

Very nice selection of tools at a good price. I would have given it 5 stars but the only employee in the store never as much as spoke to me. Even though I was the only person in the store, he never greeted me, asked me if he could help me, or even acknowledged me in any way. He was one of the rudest persons that I have ever met. He literally stayed on his phone not a phone call the entire time and never said a single word to me upon entering or leaving. It certainly did not make me feel like making a purchase or ever returning, though I have bought a pressure washer and several other things there over the years. I suggest you get some new help.
I was surprised to find a store with good quality tools in this outlet center. The Ryobi selection is vast, especially the 18v series, with some good deals. The outlet also has Milwaukee and Rigid tools and tool accessories. The prices were competitive, especially the factory blemishes. But I was expecting to find a larger array of discounted items. Nonetheless, it's worth the stop.
