This hotel is OK. The staff is great, and the lobby area is very nice. We enjoyed breakfast, too. The rooms were a little disappointing and need updating, but they were clean. However, there is a lingering smell of old smoke in the rooms. It didn't bother me, but my husband commented on it and didn't like it. I'd stay here again if the price was right, but don't spend a lot of money on a room at this hotel.
Nice hotel. Rooms could use some physical updates decor and tech were great! - the bathroom lacked outlets and the walls and floors were kinda battered and old looking. Nearby activities: Very close to the amphitheater for concerts and events! Walkability: Didn’t realize it’s within walking distance of the amphitheater until we drove ‍
Everything is about this hotel is exactly how you would expect it to be. Rooms are clean and the location has been partially renovated it seems. Staff was friendly and quick to get us checked in. Location is right next to I80 but other than that there isn't much around to write home about.Rooms: 4/5
Stayed overnight in a king room using points, so that we wouldn’t have to make a long drive home after a concert at Credit 1 Amphitheater. Good location, with reasonable Uber rates to and from concert. Had room 216- room clean and modern, bed comfortable, AC worked fine, and had a mini fridge. No usb ports in room, however. Nice breakfast included- with cheese omelette, sausage, and all the typical continental offerings. Staff friendly and professional. Would stay again if we come down for another concert.
Hotel is clean and well managed, just don't take room 210 above the main door into the hotel. The sliding door rumbles every time someone enters or leaves.

Great shower in the room, wonderful buffet breakfast, and kind and helpful service personnel. It was also exceptionally clean. We will definitely choose to stay there again. Rooms: Very clean and comfortable. Food & drinks: Excellent breakfast buffet.
This place was LOUD. Super clean. But could hear the other guests walking down the hallway and taking showers in other rooms. The fan in the heater was loud and squeaky all night. Someone came down the hall at 1030 pm knocking on doors and running. And the toilet seat was broken. The main lobby is very nice. Breakfast looked okayish. Although when I went to get coffee there was none. Overall the place is clean and in a great location. But after no sleep probably wouldn't come back. And the pool is also closed.
Not super impressed. I was put in a handicapped room for the first night which the hot water in the shower barely got warm, not the room I reserved but it was the only room left. Came back later in the evening to find ants everywhere. Bathroom, sink, climbing up the walls, on the nightstand and in the bed. They put me in another room which was much better!!! Hot water worked, no ants and oh, don't get the room that is next to the pool. Pool is open 24hrs and screaming kids were in it really late and super early. But they did have a nice gym and breakfast!
