Fairfield Inn Kankakee Bourbonnais

Small room and bathroom. A/C fan was loud and would not shut off. It made it hard to sleep. Pretty important aspect of a hotel! Manager was very apologetic and understanding. Made us feel better. Food & drinks: Breakfast was okay. Staff kept it clean and picked up

We are Marriott Platinum members and have stayed at many Marriott hotels across the country, including Fairfield’s. This particular Fairfield Inn is quite pleasant. The staff has always been extremely kind, they provide a water and snack upon arrival, have clean rooms, and a great breakfast. Highly recommend.Rooms: 5/5

Worst Marriott experience I've had. Missed cleaning my room 3 times in a week's stay. The day the cleaned, they never touched the beds, toilet or shower. Bed cover was stained even before I stayed in room. Look for other options if staying in area.

First arrived, check in gal was pleasant and helpful. Room 209 that we were assigned to smelled like urine. Switched to 207. Bathroom is very small. Hard to move around when opening and shutting the door. Sofa-bed is NOT a sofa bed. More so a sofa with bars for a mattress. Heat/ac unit is loud. Breakfast was ok. Would not stay here again.

Simple and oldish Fairfield. Staff is nice - Rooms are clean. Breakfast was limited to be fair. Parking lot entrance is a little are to find GPS does take you there. Arrived late in the middle of the night, the In-keeper let me in without waiting time. 5 stars. Good place to stay.
