This is one of the nicest Fairfield Inns that we’ve stayed in. The room was clean and large for a Fairfield. The breakfast was plentiful. The Ham & Cheese croissant was surprisingly good and we liked the cereal bar that has pine nuts and other add-ones. The staff was friendly and professional. The location was right off the Interstate and yet the room was very quite inside, which was a pleasant surprise.
I stayed at Fairfield Inn for a few days as I attended a conference at Dixie Convention Center -- which is in walking distance. The bed was comfy along with soft and clean bedding. I appreciated the temperature controlled room. And there were TV viewing options. I logged into my YouTube account but the playback was choppy so I watched Netflix instead. Due to time constraints, I was not able to attend breakfast or use the fitness center. Easy on and off freeway access too.
We stayed for 2 nights and really liked the location, easy on and off the interstate. The staff was exceptionally helpful, especially Odin who was working the desk the day we were supposed to leave but for a while were stranded. He went out of his way to help us. A special thanks to him. Nearby activities: Don't miss Snow Canyon State Park.
We stayed here 4 nights and didn’t get our room cleaned even after repeatedly asking. Our soap dispenser in the shower was empty the whole time. We finally got clean towels on the fourth day, but they didn’t bother to vacuum or fill the empty shower soap. We ended up using shampoo to wash off with the entire time. Beds were comfortable and location is good but service really missed the mark. Rooms are a bit worn too.
LOVED Heidi at the front desk! She was friendly, helpful, and totally efficient. Our party checked in 4 rooms at the same time, and she handled it with ease. Check-in at the other 6 hotels we stayed in during our 2-week vacation ranged from confusing, unorganized, and even painful. And, most of the other places had 2 or 3 people at their check-in desks. Hats off to Heidi. She's great!
It was clean but I felt like the sheets were old and the pillows were not good. Breakfast was typical and we would stay again.Rooms: 4/5
The main staff here isn’t the most accommodating. We asked for extra pillows and sheets for a pull out bed and they said they were all out. Kenzie and the young man during the morning shift at the front desk with red hair are both very nice and respectful. They deserve to be recognized for their efforts to creating a welcoming environment. Overall, this is a nice place to stay. If you want extra room, it’s worth it to pay the extra $20-$30 for a sofa, it makes a big difference! Rooms: Right next to the freeway so it is super loud at night! I had some noise-cancelling earbuds and they worked great! Not a quiet place to stay. Nearby activities: There is a great walking/biking trail less than 5 minutes away. Close to a lot of activities and restaurants.
Will never stay at this hotel again. It has been, up the this point, my regular place to stay when traveling through St. George, which is frequently. I made reservations on the phone, with a lady at the hotel its self not a national call center, about a week ahead of time. She verbally confirmed the reservation for the proper date, but when I got there in the evening the hotel computer showed the reservation for the next month and they were booked solid. The lady behind the desk was rude, unhelpful, and didn't even apologize for the mistake, when it was clearly their fault. I was obviously frustrated, after driving 10 hours, but I was very polite and professional about the whole thing....when I had finally had enough, I stated that they had lost a very regular and good customer, that I would would not be staying at this hotel again, her response was a very nasty and sarcastic "See Ya"!
Breakfast was the worst of any Marriott we have ever stayed at. Arrived 45 minutes before they stopped serving breakfast and they were out of oatmeal, only cereal left was Raisin Bran, out of syrup for the waffles, the only fruit option was some apples. They had scrambled eggs and some very sad looking soggy microwaved sausage. Apparently they have coffee creamer but won’t put it out, you have to find the lady and tell her how many you want and she will go in the back and get it for you. A few people arrived at 9:29 and were attempting to dish up from what was left and at 9:30 on the dot the lady started cleaning up before they could finish fixing a plate. Rooms are a bit dated but clean. Only good part of our stay was the pool & hot tub. Spend a little more and go the the spring hill across town. A much better Marriott property.
We stayed here for several days while my brother was in the hospital. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, and the breakfast was very good. The hotel is near some of the main roads so we could get to the hospital easy enough. Rooms: The double queen rooms were clean with all the necessities. Food & drinks: Breakfast was full of all the usual complimentary items plus scrambled eggs, sausage and sometimes even a spinach quiche. Coffee was very good as well.
