Alliance, a student-led organization, holds its major purpose to bring about a unified coalition among the members of the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer/Questioning, Intersex, Asexual/Aromantic, Pansexual (LGBTQIAP+) community and its allies on Fairfield University campus. Alliance's goal is to breed a greater understanding, awareness, and appreciation of the LGBTQ+ community as a whole and culture to members of the Fairfield community through diverse programming. Alliance strives to create an open yet safe space for everyone on campus.
