It has been improving over the past year. My friend lives here, and I have noticed a real improvement over the past year. The home are older but it appears that several owners are putting more effort into cleaning up their yards. The lot rent is one if the lowest around and they do have a pool
The entry to the Park on both entrances is in need of upkeep. New landscaping around the entry way would enhance the park. Found that the modular homes were not kept up as they should be,neither were the lawns.debri and clutter at some homes on the outside perimiter.
The park is ok... Sadly, The lady was asking way to much sadly. Because I did like/love floor plan. Although the work was sub-standard of what she did have done... Flipping it to make a fast buck. :
