If you were going to rent the lot out for other companies to park in, please be considerate enough to leave spaces for the business and the clients of the businesses that are in those offices. It is insane how the parking lot is blocked off and you can’t even go halfway down an aisle because there’s a pick up truck in your way. You not only allowed more than half the parking lot for building 4-6 to be blocked off, you also completely blocked off the side parking lot so there is very little on-site parking for people who have business in those buildings.

The office center is fine as long as you aren't going to Mutual Property Management. If you are renting from them you need to familiarize yourself with Detroit Department of Building Safety and Engineering so you know where to lodge a complaint. If you are a contractor, keep excellent records so you can sue them when they cheat you. And I mean WHEN not IF.

Great office complex with excellent personal and professional service.

Didn't go in however its a goos place to bike ride to!!

Clean functional. Nice stone in the lobbies.
