The doctors are great! I would recommend ALL of them! Reception staff are more than wonderful. Nursing staff seemed almost like they were puppets, not friendly and quite rushed. Asked my husband to complete questionnaires that he completed 2 weeks prior that were "tossed" without entering. Good thing it was "so and so" fault. Other than that, hands down 5 stars!!

The doctor we saw was great! However, I have been to this clinic a handful of times now and every single time we have received an icy reception.  The women who sit at the front desk offer no sort of greeting. They seem more annoyed that you are there, interrupting their conversation with each other. As my daughter and I sat waiting for our appt, the nurse walked out and looked around. She walked over to us, saying nothing. I had to ask her if we were who she was looking for. I have written only a handful of reviews in my life, but the cold demeanor of most of the women I have encountered on numerous occasions now warrants something being said. It’s a doctors office, and I don’t think it’s too much to be acknowledged in any sort of decent manner.

The physical therapy department was staffed by great people. Dr. "Z" who has been mentioned in other reviews was thorough, but only after fifteen minutes of convincing him I wasn't there just to get pain killers for my back pain. He just didn't believe me and that was a huge turn off to this place. I've had back pain for over ten years and that was my first time at the doctor for it, I was there to get it fixed.

Employees not wearing masks. Can't get through on the phone. 15 minutes late for an appointment during to traffic accident, tried to call, can't get through, nurse left early because it is Friday and now can't be seen. Save your time and health and go elsewhere. 4 months of dealing with covid and they still can't figure our how to set up stanchions.

I was in and out with blood work and MRI's done, staff was great, they were really nice and respectful to me as I was to them, they  front desk and nurses  were all wearing masks. I will be returning to Fairweiw Columbia Heights Clinic again. Great service.

Went there this morning.  Will NEVER EVER go again. Parked in the graffiti decorated parking ramp. Counted 3 puke piles in the stairway. Dr I met with was not friendly, didn't seem to care. Think he was having a bad day. Oh well lesson learned.  Finding a new clinic.

Dr Z has been my doctor for over 15 years and has done well for me.  His staff-Kathy and the others do well also.  Dr Z will listen to questions, concerns and give you the answers/advice you are looking for without being judgemental if you have a lot of issues to bring up. He has successfully helped me on a number of health issues over the years.  When things need to be researched further he knows what specialists you need to see. I had switched to a different doc when we had moved closer to a different clinic awhile back. I am back to Dr Z now for many years~ It has been worth my while to make the slightly longer trip back to Dr Z as I had to let the other doctor go-she was newer and, for me, lacked the experience and wisdom you want and get from someone like Dr Z. I'm totally confident and comfortable with Dr Z and his staff.

I have been going to this clinic for more than 5 plus years. I have seen Dr. Deal, Dr. Z, Dr Bergstrom and a few others. They are amazing doctors! They listen and really do and even show you they care about your health. Dr. Bergstrom is my primary and has been for a very long time! His nurse Liz is amazing as well and always makes you smile. Now as for the female providers I won't go to them for anything. I refuse to see them. I've seen them a few times and my experience was horrible. They were rude and very unprofessional! But that's my only complaint at that Fairview! So I know you will have a great experience with the drs I have seen male drs. And if you send mychart questions they get back to asap most of the time! As for getting lab results sometimes it does take a few days..but no place is perfect

I've now been on hold for more than 35 mins and I'm STILL HOLDING!!! I'm calling to check on test results that were never sent to me. With all the patients Fairview clinics have, you'd think they could afford to hire more people to schedule appointments. I can't wait to change providers.

The doctors were fine.  The billing department is not so fine.  I missed a single $15 copay and after a grand total of 0 phone calls from Fairview's billing department they sent it straight to collections.  Bravo and thank you.
