This was my first time here at the Lino Lakes clinic and it was absolutely top notch. The facility is nice but the staff is absolutely the best. I worked with Jenny and Dr. Ayers Looby and I cannot put into words how great they were. They listened to every concern and came up with several options. The whole atmosphere was relaxed and caring. The two of them are only there on Thursdays but worth the wait! Thanks for the wonderful care, I will be making this my primary clinic even though I live in White Bear Lake.
This clinic has some of the best Doctors ever Tera Col, Catherine Berry, and Dr. Magnussen a wonderful team to service you. Also the new remodel looks great front desk staff are very helpful and the pharmacy staff are wonderful as well.
I had appointment reserved with Dr. Motz. After checking in with the front desk and filling out paperwork, the receptionist told me I could have a seat. After fifteen minutes of waiting to be called back, the receptionist called me back up to the desk. She informed me that because I was five minutes late for my appointment that Dr. Motz asked to have my appointment cancelled and that she was going to lunch but that I could come back in one hour after she was done with her lunch. I informed the receptionist I will not be rescheduling and I informed her that I didn't realize I was five minutes late and that I didn't understand why they let me sit there for 15 minutes waiting before they informed me that they were going to cancel my appointment.
Several of Fairview's finest physicians work in this office. The staff is always friendly. The waiting room is always clean. The pharmacy is also quick and reliable.
Tried to schedule a physical 3 times. They failed to schedule enough time. I still haven't had one. Also, they failed to diagnose swelling and joint pain. Ran 1 set of tests that were inconclusive and left it at that. No other tests. Nothing. Very poor care!
Checked in, sitting there and they call every one else but us out of the waiting room. Talking 8 people at least. Wait 20 minutes past our scheduled time. Up to the desk again. Told they are an hour behind schedule.
Great little clinic. Staff very helpful and the Dr. Z. With whom I met for the first time is verrry wize, thorough, and is able to school you if you're interested about allergy.
Friendly staff. Clean waiting room. Quick appointment scheduling. Rarely have a long wait time.
The staff here is amazing and very dedicated. The treat you like family.
Dr. Joan Jones is the only Doctor I have met and she is incredibly good
