Nice clean park, it started to rain so we had to move the bouce house in until it stopped. Forgive us for breaking the rules but no one wants a slip hazard!

My favorite place to escape after a stressful week. I've been coming here since I was a child. I'm either at the skatepark, running/walking the trails, or at the duck pond. it's always a great time.

Lovely park. Lot's of hiking, biking and more can be done here. Beautiful pond in the middle of this park. Lot's of Pavilions to use.  Use to have a public pool but with the new water park in town the park district decided to close and tare down this pool which is a shame. It may of needed some work but I felt this pool would have been used and used a lot.

There are few things more revitalizing than time spent out-of-doors and to see so many other people doing the same just seemed to put me in a good mood.  There were kids in the skate park, dogs and owners in the dog park, people gathered around picnic shelters, a party being set up under the pavilion it always impresses me to see the size of that thing!, a young family checking out the ducks around Dreamland Pond, and numerous people of all ages just seemingly enjoying a walk thru the park.  Best of all, despite all of this activity, this park is spacious enough that at no time did it feel even remotely crowded!  This park has got to be an absolutely amazing asset in this community!

Great park in Decatur! It has a skateboard park and BMX bike bowl, kids love the playground although it is a little older. It has a big soccer field and tennis courts that you can use. There's also a walking/bike path, and a dog park. It has public restrooms that are always open when we go, also a huge covered area with picnic tables.

Large park w walking trails. Clean,shady,places to grill,duck pond but geese are being let to take over.They sometimes chase you and sidewalk is NASTY , supposed to be a place kids to age 16 can fish safely but MANY adults ignore that and I never see anyone tell them to stop. It would be nice if they had coin machines for corn to feed ducks and they take most or all the geese somewhere else far away so they don't return.i know others will come but they can do this routinely and the other issues would be better. Gonna have to restock pond soon as adults know how to catch the lil kids fish .....  Restrooms: They should all be opened and cleaned regularly. It&#39;s a large family friendly park and picnic areas,ppl have to go!!!

This place is such a relaxing place to take your kids to. There is a place to ride your bikes and skateboards, ponds to feed the geese, and a play area for the kids to play next to a pavilion with plenty of space to entertain  Playground: Small but mighty! My kids love this place! We never have to worry about trash laying around . The entire park is well taken care of

This park is huge! Beware of the one way streets, and getting lost,  but luckily they have tons of signs. The playground is really nice and huge. Plenty of seating and a working water fountain.

Great day to be in Fairview Park! The only problem was the bathroom was not open. The sign said they would be open until dusk, but they were locked at 5 pm. The sign said they would be closing at 4 pm until Easter. Well, Easter was three days ago. Maybe the sign should be changed to a definite numbered day on the calendar rather than being set to the most movable feast in the Catholic Church’s lunar calendar. It doesn't always coincide with the astronomical dates, plus that’s a different calculation from the Orthodox Christian churches and not relevant to people of other faiths or no faith.

My fiance and I love going on bike rides here. Not trail without being too long or too short. The hills are great for exercise!
