Easy to get storage. I had two 10 x 10s. It was clean, I saw some cameras and it was just conveniently located for me. I checked out in 60 seconds. The staff were helpful.
Shanda was great in getting me signed up with storage. I was hoping to use their truck but did not know that it was rented this last weekend. I called back and Jim said it was already rented. I felt like communication was missed , especially since she was new. Good place but feel communication could be better.
Really nice facilities just ended up getting too expensive. Was always on autopay with them and had some billing issues but they ended up getting resolved after some back and forth.
Everything was as you’d expect when first renting. The staff was very friendly and helpful with my rental needs. I will rent from them again should the need arise.
Love this place the atmosphere when you walk in the place is like visiting a good friend. It is clean and homey in the office area and the women that helped us was super nice and made are day brighter. It was a great experience and a easy one. She went over everything with ease and showed us our options which made the decision very easy and fast and safe. Kudos to Fairview Place Self Storage!!!
Jim was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the facility. He got me set up quickly and showed me how to get to unit. Very happy this facility is open 24/7! Most storage unit facilities only let you access them from certain hours.
If I could give 0 stars I would, but I can't. Management group here provides zero help or support. If you value your belongings DO NOT do business with these people. They will cut corners and sell your belongings and not follow the legal written agreement. STAY AWAY from this place and these people.
Great service. Very easy to navigate, make payments, and access facilities after hours. Unit was clean, area was well-lit, and I felt my belongings were safe with the right amount of security at the facility.
Friendly staff, clean facility, easy access, no problems, highly recommended. We rented a large indoor second floor unit to store stuff while we sold the house. Access was never an issue, there were always carts available, and parking was very close. They stock any supplies you need and we even rented their truck once to move some furniture, no issues there. Again, we highly recommend them.
