I’ve been renting from this company for close to ten years now. They are very professional and I highly recommend them. The units are well kept and there’s never any glitches getting in and out. A big shout out to Jonathan the manager. He is very helpful and goes the extra mile to help you with any of your storage needs.

I used this storage building for over a year and the service was always great. They constantly did walk throughs and the guy was very friendly. I recommend them for price as well as location and customer service. I moved out on a day they were closed and immediately got a move out receipt. If I didn’t move to another state. I would continue to use their services..
Very safe, secure facility with professional monitoring system upon entry and exit. Quick set up upon arrival and speedy reply upon checkout of the building. Extraordinarily clean facility with dolly availability. I was extremely pleased with Fairview Rd Self Storage and would highly recommend them to anyone needing climate controlled or non-climate controlled warehousing. Absolutely great service. Was a customer for 2 years and only stopped because I'm moving away. The prices for what you get are very competitive and the staff is always friendly. Anytime something were to happen I was notified instantaneously via a phone call whether it was weather, a malfunction or something possibly sketchy. I would absolutely recommend them as a storage service.
Super friendly and professional staff. I have three units here different sizes and they worked to keep me in the same area so that I wouldn’t have to go far to get into each. They also are great about security and upkeep. I didn’t secure my locker correctly one evening and the next day I was contacted that my locker was technically unlocked it looked locked, but it could have been opened by anyone. I appreciated that I was notified quickly so that I could fix the situation. Highly recommend and I will continue with them for all of my storage needs.

I am building a house and have had the majority or our household items in storage here for 3 months. The experience has been awesome from the start. Loren went way above and beyond to loan us a ladder to help movers unload. He met the driver who came to pick up our truck trailer so that we didn't have to sit and wait in the heat. He is top notch. This week one of the doors came off the track on my unit and I couldn't get it to close. It was about 6 PM so I called the emergency number. Someone was there within 5 MINUTES to help me. I have never had service like that before. I was able to leave my key in the office the next day and the door was fixed within two days. I have experienced numerous delays on my house and I am always told to remember "this is the south". Fairview Road Self Storage exceeds standards for service ANYWHERE! Highly recommended.
Fairview Storage, & especially Jonathan we extremely helpful to us during a move across the country this past year. Fairview Road self storage is the best place to store anything. Jonathan Mulkey is great and helpful. Nothing was difficult. Renting the storage space was easy, and moving out and canceling was easy. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone.
