Faith Hope and Charity Recycle Store

I think the no children rule is a good one because parents don't make them mind and they are out of control . They reak havoc and trash the store. Also the no bathroom policy is good. I see what people do in a bathroom as I worked at walmart. I don't blame them. Use the bathroom before you come and quit whining. If I had a store I'd do the same. No kids under 18. If at all. Its nice to shop without having children running and screaming. How inconsiderate is that of parents. Kudos to FHC. Don't blame them.a bit

Good selection of everything! Items are a bit pricey like clothes $3 & up to $6 in boutique but they have sales often! Workers are nice and everything is neat. But I do wish they'd open up the fitting rooms back. I know some thrift stores closed them because they found out they made more money when they were closed during the pandemic. But the pandemics over and no one wears their masks at this store anymore so hopefully they'll open them soon.

I'm a volunteer here. We are all volunteers. The proceeds help the people of Gilmer County. I love my job! Please come see us. And volunteer!

Be aware! They offer Military Discounts but the "Volunteers" get a hateful attitude when you use them! I give them a 3 star because they are reasonable on their items! But never in my 29 years of living ever hads someone get angry for using my Military except here!. I hope seniors don't get the same reaction with their discount.

Not open on Saturday as advertised. You can't make any money if you aren't open.

Went for 99 cent tacos today. Very good and chips and salsa s good. Just the right amount of cilantro and jalapeño. Same waitress as yesterday and excellent service as well. We sat outside again and perfect weather.

Not bad didn’t leave anything today but I wanted

This place is so amazing! I have seen many reviews on the “Rule” where children under age of 15 are not allowed. Well I come here to this thrift store every so often with my nana and papaw and it seems to be that the rule is now gone because I have a young brother under age of 15 and he is allowed to go in. I also have to brag on this place. Their prices are SO AMAZING! For example, I live this activity called “Vacation Bible School” or VBS and I have been wanting a starter kit to do at home with some neighbors and they are way too over priced on Lifeway or Concordia but at this thrift shop I can get a starter kit for 1 dollar. And on the websites I listed the prices were over 90$ or $100 which is super annoying. One last thing, the workers here are very nice. They don’t get annoyed if you ask something so simple, they don’t get mad at you if you don’t wear your mask they won’t get mad. Thank you faith hope charity thrift store in Elijay because of you, I can now find some awesome things under 10 dollars that I need.
