My sister recently passed away and we entrusted Faith Memorial for her final services. They were so professional and courteous from start to finish. Everything that was so done helped make that very hard situation better on myself and my family. The funeral home was so clean, and the staff was so professional. Thank you Joe Barrow for helping my family through this very difficult time. I would recommend this funeral home to anyone when it's needed.
If possible, then I’d give them zero stars. My father spent half of his life serving this country in uniform and for the government as a civilian. After he died from COVID in January of 2021, my family trusted this funeral home to “care” for him during our time of bereavement. My father was to receive military honors at the gravesite and it was never scheduled by Korie Anderson. Thankfully, another man was being buried on the same day and was to receive military honors; the military color guard was already onsite and the cemetery counselor asked them if they would perform the honors for my father. They graciously did and my father received what he EARNED, from his country. Faith memorial didn’t inform me that there wouldn’t be any assistance unloading the casket from the hearse, and they arrived late. My father's elderly sisters had to sit in the cold and rain while waiting on Faith Memorial to do what a funeral service is supposed to do. They were unorganized and careless. The hearse driver called Korie Anderson, at my request, to ask him why the military color guard wasn’t there when we arrived and I was told that his answer was “I don’t know how that happened.” People, be careful when choosing a funeral home service. My father braved the Jim Crow south growing up and still served an ungrateful nation that denied him equal rights. He served his country for 41 years, yet he couldn’t get a decent homegoing due to the usual suspects being unorganized. Additionally, they misspelled my family name when they handled my mother's burial 6 years ago. They had all of the information needed, but they still screwed it up. I called them to talk with the President of the company, Joe Barrow…..no return call, no apology, nothing! There’s no excuse for their pathetic service….NONE!

HUSBAND JOSEPH JAMES JACKSON JR SEVICE WAS FEBRUARY 19. 2021. HIS SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE UNDER DISBELIEF. I AS HIS WIFE OF 15 YEARS WAS COMPLETELY LOOKED OVER N IGNORED. THE OBITUARY WAS INCORRECT. AND AFTER THEY WAS TOLD SEVERAL TIMES THUR E-MAIL STILL WAS NOT CORRECTED. THIS HAS HUNTED ME N MY CHILDREN A WHOLE YEAR NOW. IT CAUSE MY CHILDREN TO STUFG DEPRESSION N STRESS UNDER BELIEF. THEY ALL ABOUT THE MONEY. N I DEFINITELY WOULDN'T SUGGEST THEY SERVICES TO NOBODY. ESPECIALLY NOT OVER EAST SIDE OR DAVENPORT N HARRIS FUNERAL HOME. THEY DO HANDLE THEY BUSINESS N FAMILY BETTER. THEY WOULDN'T NEVER IGNORED THE WIFE OR HER RIGHTS N LAWFULLY THEY UNPROFESSIONAL N NOT RIGHT
