I booked a Cancun vacation through Devine Destinations. It was a 7 day all inclusive vacation at the GR Caribe by Solaris. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. All the people there were so nice and friendly. The accommodations were amazing! We will definitely be using Jen at Devine again in the future

Jen Maki was great at working through all of the logistics related to a group of 25 people with 25 ideas traveling together to Jamaica. Our Suncountry flight was canceled two months before traveling and Jen was on it right away to get us another flight for the same cost. Jen surprised our entire party with an upgrade when we arrived at our resort. She helped take away all the stress of booking a trip especially with 25 people. I highly recommend divine destinations
Where do I begin?! Jen Maki with Divine Destinations helped me book my first all inclusive/international vacation to Jamaica about 12 years ago and she has been my go-to since for any vacation! As busy parents of 5 young kiddos, searching for travel accommodations is very stressful! I gave her our thoughts and budget on a trip and she exceeded my expectations by far on how an international trip would go! All we had to do was show up at the airport and we were taken cared of! Beautiful accommodations, fabulous food, seamless transfers to and from the airport and resort. She puts up with my million questions and answers them timely and professionally. She was even able to completely change course for our upcoming trip after I had mistakenly chosen the incorrect location. We will continue to use Jen’s services for all upcoming travels. My husband and I could not be happier with our experience and are so excited for our next vacation thanks to Jen!

Jen was extremely helpful in booking my amazing vacay to St Lucia!! She gave me an array of options to check out with varying price ranges. The pre phone call questionnaire is a great tool in honing down some of these choices! Will definitely go back to using a travel agent and will definitely be using Jen!!!
Jen Maki with Divine Destinations was instrumental in getting my wife and I the best vacation for our 20th wedding anniversary. Jen at Divine Destinations was wonderful to work with, assisting us with two international trips this year. For many years, our family has used Expedia or one of the other online services. Based on a recommendation, we decided to give Divine Destinations a try, concerned with so many international entrance/exit requirements changing rapidly. Jen, from our list of desires and needs, was able to provide multiple options and quickly turn around a booking. For both bookings, entrance requirements were amended and Jen provided those updates right away. Jen remained accessible to us, responding to a handful of questions we had, right up until dates of travel. Based on my experiences, I not only would recommend Divine Destinations without reservation, but plan to use Jen for future travel plans.
My family and I recently booked a vacation without using a travel agent, our plans were coming together nicely until we got to the airport and found that there was a mistake on our passports due to some incorrect information we received from the county auditors office. Due to the mistake, we were unable to travel as planned. I contacted Jen and even though we did not book our vacation through her, she was extremely knowledgeable and helped us through the process of how to get our passports updated so we could get to our vacation. Had I gone to Jen to book our vacation in the first place she would have caught this mistake and our vacation would not have been delayed.
