Went into the urgent care yesterday with a teenager who was sick. The front desk lady was very nice and helpful. The medical assistant who took us back and did the first check on my kiddo was thorough but very matter of fact and not overly friendly, but she did do what was necessary. The Dr, yes! Any actual Dr!! Not a physician assistant, they're fine but I prefer seeing a Dr. He came in very quickly after the medical assistant left, and he was so nice!! Very interested in what was going on with my kiddo, spoke in very easy to understand way, took care of her issue and sent us on our way. We were in and out in about 30 minutes, great experience. Other urgent care offices I called for same time had 2 hour wait. This was a fantastic find and they did a great job. We'll definitely be back if needed and refer to friends.
Everything was smooth. Nice at front desk. Efficient and easy to use technology. Dr. Was nice, listened, efficient. Testing was quick, results in when they said they would. Scripts sent. Excuse that I requested was sent. Very good experience
I had a Telemed visit with Dr Hanna today. I got on right away. Dr Hanna is one of my favorite doctors! Michelle, Brandy Taylor and the rest of the staff there were extremely kind, and quick to get me on the schedule for my appointment. I highly recommended Falcon Urgent Care.
What an incredible place! This is the first urgent care or any doctor, really to not treat me like a hypochondriac and take my health concerns seriously - immediately. Staff is extremely friendly and my doctor was very patient with all of my questions! I will definitely be returning in the future with any sicknesses!! :
I went in on Sunday to be checked out for a burn I received at work. Everyone was very kind and helpful. They took good care of me and was very informative. Everyone answer all my questions. I mentioned that I missed lunch and was given Gatorade and some snacks to help tide me over. I would definitely recommend them.
I called two hours ahead of time and someone helped me make an appt for 1pm. They told me a few other people had appts around that time so they would make an appt but it wouldn’t be exact, they were nice about it though! I had a great experience because when I got there they already had me on file from the first time I went to this urgent care and I only had to sit and wait maybe 5 minutes before my name was called. I really appreciated the kind female nurses and female doctor who I saw. It is just so refreshing when you feel like people actually care. Kindness goes such a long ways. I have a bad headcold while pregnant and am just miserable. Thank you!
From the phone call to check out super easy process. Super kind and great bedside manners. It takes a lot to impress me and my entire experience was impressive and my son said he would go back. Thank you.
I had a problem with a root canal that my Dentist messed up, then he went on a golfing trip, so I was forced to sreek help somewhere else. I stopped in, filled out the paperwork and was looked at within ten minutes. After a quick examination the doctor told me what needed done, called in a couple of scripts and I was on my way. In and out in less than1 hr. I picked up my scripts, started taking them and the next day I was feelimg much better.
Very good care. Everyone was really nice and they actually listened to my concerns and were very patient with my anxiety over my injury. If i need urgent care in the future this is definitely where I will go
My college age son visited on a Friday evening. The doctor was very friendly capable and helpful. Solved the issue. My son said they were great.
