Four stars only because of the wait. The front people all doing their jobs. The nurses and the N.P. that took care of me and the x-ray tech were all kind. I was in a lot of pain and they did their best to help me. It was a clean facility and I felt safe there. I have been there before . I believe it had some renovations done and I loved that. It ran smoothly and although I had a moderate wait I know they were processing everyone who came in. I recommend it highly .
I was treated quickly and efficiently. My only suggestion would be for everyone to have their ID badge visible. The nurse practitioner who saw me came in the room introduced herself, but had no ID on her. She didn’t use a computer only a piece of paper. After leaving I have been contemplating this encounter and I feel this should have looked different. An ID visible and a laptop to put in her notes of the visit. Other than this I was very pleased.
Took great care of my daughter and were very thorough. Everyone was really nice. The urgent care is a great alternative if you need to be seen and your doctor doesn't have any appointments
I find the front desk staff to be rather rude. It almost feels like you are an inconvenience to them. The nurses are always fabulous. The nurse practitioner is quick to tell you it’s a virus and send you on your way so they can bring in the next patient. They are clearly understaffed and overworked but it’s not an excuse to neglect people.
Rather average experience honestly. The lobby is unpleasant, not dirty, but dreary. Help desk woman was barely audible and after holding my ear to the glass she still didn’t raise volume. Appointment was scheduled for 1:30pm but took not only 20min to be brought to the back, but an additional 30min of waiting alone in the room before I was actually seen. Staff members just seemed displeased about servicing me, no enthusiasm or concern in their voices. The doctor and prescription were helpful but overall not the best experience.
Felt that all the staff, nurses, Doctors who were involved in treating me on 11/3/22 for my illness were very professional, courteous and helpful in diagnosing and treating me! Very friendly, never once did they make me feel uncomfortable and answered all my questions! Top notch in todays crazy world! Would highly recommend! Thanks for your service, god bless to all involved! John
I just wanted to write about my visit to FHC this past Sunday for my daughter. Other than my little one being sick and the whole purpose for going, the provider, nurse, and registration staff were just amazing! It was about 12pm when we went, and I also had to bring along my other two children as well and I just have to say I have never had such wonderful treatment of me and all of my kiddos as I did on Sunday. The registration person was a young man with brown hair. He greeted me politely and passed me a mask when I came up to the window and I apologized because it had slipped my mind I needed one chalk that up to no sleep. He was so courteous and said no need to apologize and that he hoped we could get my daughter feeling better soon. He registered us and informed us of about an hour and a half wait stating there was only one provider. I thanked him and sat down. We may have sat in the waiting room 10-20 minutes, at most as I think we had only watched a 10-minute YouTube video on my phone at that point and the nurse called us back. Now - I truly wish I could remember this nurses name. She was phenomenal! I truly mean that. She was so caring to all of my children and me. She was gentle and compassionate with my daughter that was sick, but also talking and answering questions my other 2 kids were asking as well. She even let them weigh themselves too and told them they were growing big and strong and to keep eating health balanced diets. She took us to the room and did everything she could to try and make my little ones comfortable and for my daughter being seen. She brought in drinks, crayons, and coloring sheets to occupy them while we waited, and even popsicles for them all when we were getting ready to leave. She was concerned and listened to my concerns and showed compassion for what my little one had been dealing with. That did not stop there with her, because the provider was just amazing as well. I do believe the provider I seen was Amanda Smith but know for sure her first name was Amanda because my son had to tell her his aunts name is Amanda. It was really cute. Amanda listened to my concerns. She made me feel heard and also did not make me feel like I was wasting her time or the facilities time to have my child looked at. She did a very thorough exam of my daughter and even went further to run a urinalysis on her. Everything they did and took care of felt like it was done with such genuine care for my daughter and my little family, and I really could not thank them all enough. I feel like we always hear the bad, but when it is good, we sometimes forget to speak up. I did not want to forget, because this visit was just wonderful, and it is not just for the service that was provided. It was the compassion and care that they all showed and gave genuinely that really helped this momma’s heart and made my little family feel so taken care of. I wanted to send a huge “THANK YOU”!
Had a scheduled appointment that was cancelled when I checked in at the desk. Had to wait over two hours to get seen then went to the room, had to wait 25-30 minutes for the doctor to come into the room to check me out. Have to wait a day to get my cream from the pharmacy at Meijers in Bowling Green. But the pharmacy at The Falcon Health Center is excellent and also quick and fast your out of there within 5 minutes.
Dr Tina is the reason the falcon center gets 5 stars from me! She was very attentive and listened, unlike many doctors today that don’t tell you anything you can’t read online. She understood my concerns and addressed them very appropriately and thoughtfully.
I took my little one on a Saturday afternoon because he had fevers and cold symptoms for a few days and the fevers kept returning. I suspected a ear infection and the dr was very caring and listened to our symptoms and checked the kiddo and confirmed it. Everyone was nice and helpful. It was busy so we did have to wait but it was understandable. Great Job Falcon Health Center!
