Falkowski PLLC on Facebook
Many people want the ability to do at least some of their own research before contacting an attorney. Unfortunately, much of the free legal content online is in the form of blawgs directed towards other attorneys. Other types of content are posted by non-lawyers, and do not inspire confidence even when accurate information is posted. This page will be used in conjunction with content posted on YouTube.com to address common client questions.
In practicing law for over 13 years, I have noticed that an initial 30 minute discussion with a potential client will typically involve questions that I have answered hundreds of time before. Over the years I have created proactive tutorial materials designed to provide clients a basic understanding of certain critical legal concepts.
In creating this page, I intend to take the process of client education to the next level. Tutorial content previously reserved for active clients will be provided on Facebook and YouTube for the benefit of clients, potential clients, and the general public.
The content provided on this page is not a substitute for consulting with a competent legal professional. However, the content on this page will strive to provide readers with a foundational understanding of certain legal concepts so that the dialogue between clients and attorneys is as efficient and effective as possible.
