Randy was wonderful and did an incredible job during this very difficult time for our family. He was extremely caring and compassionate, and he went above and beyond to ensure all details were taken care of. Randy worked well into the night, staying in constant communication with us to keep us updated and informed. Our family couldn't be more pleased with Randy and the professional services of Fall Creek Funeral Home.

I'm very remiss in reviewing the services of Fall Creek so late, it's been a very difficult year for both my family and my sister Carols friends. My sister was on vacation in New Orleans when an accident led to her brief hospitalization and subsequent passing. My family resides out of state, which amplified our difficulty in handling the necessary arrangements. Randy at Fall Creek was instrumental in arranging for the disposition of our sisters' remains, as well as our family needs with the utmost dignity, respect and empathy. My sisters passing occurred just after Hurricane Ida hit New Orleans and the surrounding area in 2021. This made the arrangements associated with her passing exponentially more difficult than they normally should have been. Had it not been for Randy's knowledge, experience and tenacity, we couldn't have made the necessary arrangements to move forward with the transfer of her remains to her final resting place and the subsequent service. I'd like to personally share the gratitude of Carols family and friends to Randy and Fall Creek funeral home in his and their professional services with the added personal touch that is very rare in this day and age.

Mr. Randy is such an awesome person, and helped us above, and beyond when my father passed away January 2021. The church is well kept, and we were treated like family. I would recommend Fall Creek to anyone. You will be well taken care of. Thank you so much Mr. Randy for taking good care of my father, and for the amount of respect you have. I appreciate you immensely!

Mr.Randy is a Wonderful Caring person who is there for you an your loved ones He helped with my brother's funeral today Was there through it all and everything was very well done.
